 + 0 moreBetter than I had hoped. The project I am doing with my deck is mired in county code requirements. Freeland Engineering worked with me on what I needed to do to be code compliant, then produced the report required to appease the county. Working with them was a great experience and I will go to them anytime engineering expertise is required. You need to be aware that this company is extremely busy and will require you to plan ahead in order for them to schedule you in. However, the results are worth the wait.

I explained what services were needed and he requested I email him the sketch-up drafts, which were already created, so he could provide us an estimate for his services. We never heard from the company again. I called four additional times, left messages with a receptionist, and emailed...but still never heard back.
Description of Work: MEP and structural drafts for master bathroom remodel.
