When Matt's crew finished our roof, they did a great job. They cleaned up and did not leave a nail in the yard or the pool. Our yard was immaculate. Matt did such a great job that we had him back to replace all our windows. His bid was lower than Lowes or Home Depot. The windows are wonderful...so easy to clean and lift. Matt's crew removed all our blinds, and of course we were to put them back up. My husband had shoulder surgery and was having a tough time putting up the blinds the next day. Matt stopped by to look at the job, saw my husband struggling with the blinds, and told him he would send his guy out the following day to put the blinds up for us. The following day, Matt's worker came over, spent 3 or 4 hours putting the blinds up for us, and did not charge us a cent. In this day and age you just don't get A-one service like this anymore. Matt and his workers went way above the call of duty. We are having Matt and his crew come out this month to replace our deck and enclose it as well. His work is excellent, his workers are hard-working, fast and meticulous, and Matt goes the extra mile for his customers.

Had Corey as our project manager. Communication was poor. Wasn't immediately put on the schedule, as other work was ahead of us. Were told we would have at least a week's heads up. Got two days. Not an issue as far as getting the work done, but was promised (via email) that we'd have more notice. Project took almost two full days to complete. Corey called his office at the end of the first day, and told them the project was done. I know this because I received a courtesy call the morning of day two asking if everything went alright. I told the caller the workers were still there, and still had a lot of work to do, which flustered her, cause she was told it was done. The crew looked like any other roofing contractor there. Someone was home most of the day during the work. We never once saw anyone from Fletcher there checking on the work. Work was finished after two days. Biggest flaw I can see from the ground is they ruined the flashing over the kitchen window and sliding glass door. Replacing it wasn't on the contract. They globbed some black sealant over the new nails (picture included). A third of end of the window flashing isn't even nailed down (also picture included). What concerns me most about this is, if they did something with such poor quality and completely visible to the homeowner, how bad did they do the roof which can't be seen? At this point, we had never once met, or even seen Corey, our project manager. Siding went more smoothly except for one irritant. I specifically told them I didn't want Corey as our project manager, and was told that wasn't a problem. Signed the contract and, lo and behold, Corey is our project manager. Actually met the guy this time. He told me the down spout would be included in the project, per the insurance estimate. Still have the original down spout. I would never use Fletcher again, and would advise anyone asking for contractors to avoid them.

From the initial meeting to completion of job, Corey our project manager was very professional and kept us up to date on all aspects of the job. Would recommend Fletcher's to anybody needing home repairs/renovations.

Upon the initial meeting with the owner Matt, My wife and I already knew we didn't need to look further. His professionalism showed in his knowledge and he listened to what we wanted. They removed my old existing decks (one was over 30 years old and the other was a mistake I made) and left no traces of either deck. The contractors for Fletchers were very skilled and professional and their work speaks for itself. They gave us a 2 week window and started when I was told and completed everything early. The work Fletchers did to my home has my neighbors jealous now. I had no complaints from anything the workers did to my home ( the left my house free of any debris: i.e. nails, wood, etc. ) and I would highly recommend you to give Fletchers Construction a call for any work you need done on your home. I've already have Fletchers giving me a quote for Kitchen and Bath work that needs to be done in my home since my wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that was performed on our home already.

Quick responses, 100% call back within a day or two. Great workmanship. Good material. Good price, second lowest price among four local bids. Completed a wood deck 12 ft x20 ft with stairs in two days. I highly recommend that you give Mr. Fletcher a call.

From the first time Matt came out he set himself apart from the competition with an unusually high level of professionalism. Matt took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted and made recommendations about what the best solution would be for our budget. Key phrase here is that he listened to us, he wasn't trying to up-sell or pressure us into something that we didn't want or need. He honestly wanted to get us the best product for what we needed. He listened so well as a matter of fact that as we were in the designing phase of the project he remembered me I will eventually be adding a large concrete wrap around patio to the home. He calculated the bottom of the stairs to the eventual height of the concrete instead of just finishing them to the existing grade which made a huge difference later when we poured the concrete, and the concrete came right to the bottom of the stairs. It was awesome. Throughout the process, Matt's crew was fantastic, they took care of everything and were very informative. They answered all of the random questions that I had and whenever I pointed out something that I didn't like, they simply changed it on the spot. I would recommend to any family member or friend, and several have already used him to build their decks. They are equally pleased with the results. Thanks Matt, it is so refreshing to see such a responsible, trustworthy and professional contractor in this area.

Simply put they performed an incredible job. The crew was very courteous and professional. The price was right and Matt (Owner) Fletcher went above and beyond what we had hoped for and expected.
