We kinked our copper pipe that provides our ice maker with water when moving our fridge. We contacted Farrell, explained the situation and he was able to deceive the likely fix with a ballpark price over the phone. One of their guys came out the next week and fixed it. The piping is weird in this townhouse and there was no easy access to where the copper tube joined the pipe, so he had to cut a small access hole in our roof. He asked permission first, describing the simple access panel he would install after. The work was done within and hour or two and the panel looks fine.

Owner showed up on-time the day after my call with helper and performed worked in a professional and prompt manner. Would use again.

Mr. Farrell and his employee Paul arrived on time. While Mr. Farrell was taking notes for an estimate for renovations that I requested, Paul removed and installed the toilet. The area was clean and toilet worked perfect. Mr.Farrell provided suggestions for renovation and I am looking forward to working with him in the future. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional in addition to being patient with two barking Yorkies.

I am new to the area and needed to find a plumber so I turned to Angie's list for references. Farrell Plumbing had great scores and comments so I chose them. My experience matched what I had read about in the reviews; there were no surprises. Pat and his team were very professional and completed the job as described for the price I was quoted. Went really well. Patrick happened to be driving close to us so he was able to come by within about 20 minutes. The original water line was copper, he cut the original line back past the leak and installed a braided line to the end of the copper line. He was done in about a half hour. Since we had talked earlier in the month he remembered that we were Angie List customers and gave us the 5% discount without our asking. Back earlier in the month we Paul from his company out to replace a garbage disposal that was leaking. I had talked to Patrick on the phone and he gave us the price and agreed to the 5% Angie List discount. Paul was also very professional and came during the window of time they promised. He quickly replaced our old garbage disposal with a new one they provided.

Mr. Farrell was out of town, so he called one of his employees, Paul. Paul was very helpful. He explained the cause of the water...basically, our sump pump got overwhelmed by a storm/heavy rain the day before we noticed the water in the basement. He installed a new sump pump. Total service time was about 1 hour. I was very impressed with Mr. Farrell and Paul - I would certainly recommend Farrell Plumbing!

We contacted Farrell Plumbing after flooding of our basement on April 30 2014 and poor service by another plumber. Service was excellent. The provider explained everything clearly, gave us new options to prevent flooding, and was professionally efficient in correcting our sump pump problems. Would recommend Farrell without a doubt!

Wow, he responded to correspondence same day, arrived within timely manner (traffic in DC bad due to weather conditions) and to top that off, he replaced eroded product in a timely manner. I appreciated how he approached and analyzed the condition of the outdated product. He is very kind and was extremely professional. I plan to be building a garage with apt which has bathrooms in the near future and will be seeking his services again! Paul arrived precisely at the appointed time. Installed our new toilet that we ordered from Amazon. He was very efficient, professional, and courteous. Paul gave good advice about what to do with our other toilets, we took his advice. We think the price is very reasonable for quality work. We will call Farrell's Plumbing next week to install another toilet in another bathroom.

Mr. Farrell was prompt and arrived right at the time he had promised. His costs were very reasonable compared with other plumbers I had used in the past.. He removed an older, defective hose bib and replaced it with a new one and the final cost was exactly what he had quoted up front. Mr. Farrell was extremely courteous and professional during my initial conversation with him on the phone and during his visit to my home where the work was performed. I would highly recommend Mr. Farrell to anyone else looking for a professional plumber who does work for a reasonable cost.

This guy and his crew are like the days of old. I grew up in the 80's and remember the great customer service and high quality work I used to see when my parents would have service done on their home (plumbing, HVAC, electrician, etc...). You just done see that too much today. This is the first time I have ever used Angies list and will definitely use it again as this guy was a true "A" From the minute he walked in the door (on time) he respected my home and family by wearing booties and getting the job done correctly. I needed more work than was expected and he was able to come back the next day and finish the job. The best thing about this plumber is that he was here himself and did the work--not sub it out to some assistant. Although he did have an assistant and he was just as professional. I highly recommend Patrick Farrell plumbing to any homeowner who wants a job done right with great customer service. Not to mention I got some other estimates for the work I needed done and he had very competitive prices. A+

Highly recommend this company. Mr. Farrell was professional and easy to deal with....was flexible with his scheduling and did a great job explaining the "in's and out's" of hot water heaters so we knew what we were getting and why. His employee that came out for the install/removal was very professional and did a great and efficient job, communicated what he was doing and offered advice on what we should do to ensure we get the maximum life from our new water heater. While their was no work preformed the plumbers were courteous, prompt and professional and if I do need plumbing work in the future I will not hesitate to call them.

He and his worker came in looked at the old heater and replaced it with a contractor grade water heater (he doesn't buy heaters from Lowes or Home Depot - a philosophy I also share). He had it switched out in under 2 hours and also gave me some advice on a roughed in bathroom. Very professional and left the place clean! I would do business with him again!

Your page said he opened at 7, I called at 645, he did not answer but called back immediately. Said he would be able to get to me that morning. He didn't get there until around 1130, but was very professional, even helped me with a problem that I did not call for. I have no way of knowing if the price was fair for that work or not. Satisfied with experience. Would do again.

My husband and I can't thank him enough for a job well done as well as his professionalism. Due to the extreme cold weather, Mr. Farrell arrived an hour late. Emergency calls, due to freezing pipes, hindered him from being punctual. However, Mr. Farrell compensated us with a 10% discount. The job that he did was outstanding and the price was reasonable.

I was so grateful they were able to respond so quickly. I could have patched the existing faucet and diverter but since the shower faucet had not been professionally installed in the past, I wanted to do it right. They were polite, professional and tidy with the work they completed. Very happy!

My water heater died Wednesday, I called Farrel's at 0800 Thursday morning. They showed up in my driveway about an hour later and had the job done by about 1030am. I was impressed to say the least. I watched the entire job. They were very careful and did the work correctly and without any shortcuts. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up with all the tools and equipment needed to do the job. They're definitely on my short list of go to craftsmen.

Have used him for other plumbing services and he's excellent! I've recommended him to many people and will use him again as needed.
