Contractor showed up as promised. Very professional. I didn't end up having the problem I thought I had. All he ended up doing was tighten some bolts, or at least that's what he said he did. I had a bit of an issue about the price since he didn't end up having to do anything. I understand house calls are house calls and time is money and all that, and yes, I knew what it was going to cost before he came. However, it ended up being a bit pricey given the circumstances and in the interest of future jobs, I think a price break was warranted. That being said, I would still consider using this contractor for other plumbing issues though I may do some additional price shopping first.

This provider arrived when scheduled and successfully repaired the leak from my bathtub. He conducted the appointment in a very professional manner and left the area where the job was done clean after work was completed. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Farrell Plumbing again or to recommend them to others. My experience with them was very smooth.

Patrick Farrell gave us a quote by texting pictures of where we wanted our utility sink installed. He quickly texted back a proposed price and availability for installation. We added that we also wanted the washing machine shutoff valves replaced and he quickly sent a revised estimate, which was very fair. He and two other plumbers, Paul and Charles, were here on time as scheduled and quickly went to work. In less than an hour and a half, they had run water/drain lines, installed the utility sink and replaced the shut off valves. They were quick, efficient, polite, cleaned everything up as if they had not been here, and shook our hands as they left. We highly recommend Farrell Plumbing as we received a very fair price, excellent service, and a professionally finished product. We couldn't be happier.

Responded to phone call immediately. Just knowing that help was on the way meant a lot. Everyone I had contact with were very polite and friendly. Two workers arrived when they said they would. Listened and Explained the issues at hand. I was given approximate figure which is what I was charged. They worked quickly and carefully. So far so good, all is working well. I am very grateful for their promptness and their ability to get the job done. Yes, I would definetly use them again. Therefore I recommend them highly.

The work went great. They arrived on time. Work was excellent and they cleaned up all the dust in the house from cutting through the drywall. They also went to my rental house that same day to fix a broken pipe. This was not on their schedule but they fit it in. I highly recommend Patrick Farrell.

We are very pleased with the service from Farrell Plumbing. We called on a Friday about a busted pipe, and they were going to get someone to us right away. We asked for a Monday appointment instead and were given one (unlike the other plumber we called), along with a reasonable estimate. This morning, when the one busted pipe turned out to be six, the plumber didn't miss a beat. He walked through all the options, gave another estimate, and then got to work. Our water is now restored, and next time we have an issue, we will only call Farrell Plumbing.

Farrell plumbing arrived on time. He quickly ruled out that the leak wasn't coming from the hose bib and soon found the split water line behind a finished wall in the basement. Pat, the owner came to assist and they installed new piping and the outside faucet. Everything was explained very well and they cleaned everything up. Very pleased with their work and the price was reasonable. Great, trustworthy guys!

The two gentlemen that showed up to complete the repairs were very polite and professional the whole time. It was obvious that the two of them both knew what they were doing which is important to me when I have someone out to do work for me. They answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones) and got to work very quickly. They worked outside in the snow and sleet to get the job done when some would have rescheduled which was really nice because we had no water at the time. They got the job done quickly and arrived right when they said they would (also important to me because of my busy schedule).

We found out about the leak late at night over the weekend. Called several plumbers but Farrell was the most responsive... while he was on vacation!! What a guy!!! Although he wasn't able to do it himself he works with a team of guys who were equally as responsive. One of his plumbers, Jeremy arrived on time and took his time to find and repair the issue. He was very informative and walked my fiancée through the process of what he was going to do. We typically take off our shoes when coming into the house, Jeremy did so without us asking. That was refreshing, especially since we have new hardwood floors and carpet. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely use Farrell Plumbing again and be sure to pass on his information to our friends.

Even though we had never used their services before, they came out on a Saturday morning, went right to the problem and started to work to thaw the pipes. He crawled under my house, found the frozen pipe coming out of the well tank and got it thawed out. He then showed me how to keep the water flowing through the house to help get rid of any remaining blockages. Told me I needed to put a temporary heater nearby while the temp was so low. His price was excellent and his attitude was outstanding. I will be using his services again! In fact I plan on having him come out next month to insulate all the pipes so they don't freeze again.

It went really well. I was so relieved that they were able to come the same day. He didn't have to say anything about the insulation. He could have done the repair knowing full well that the same thing would keep happening without the insulation being installed. I appreciated the honesty.

We had just had a 7 inch snowfall the night before and the roads were still being cleared and sanded. I first called a major name brand plumbing company and was advised that they were closed due to the weather. I then called Mr. Farrell and he came within 2 hours and had my pipes un-frozen in 30 minutes. Exceptional service, price, and responsiveness. He will definitely be the first person I call for any future plumbing needs.

Paul (the owner) did a great job. His crew showed up early in the morning and got straight to work. By a little after lunch, the entire job was done. Not only did these guys give me a fair price, the quality of their work was great. I tend to do most of my home improvement jobs myself because I can't find a good contractor who charges a fair price while doing quality work. In this case, Farrell plumbing does both. As a side note, we had some plumbing issues that happened while I was away for work and my wife was home alone with the kids. Water was backing up into the kitchen and spilling onto the floor (i.e. big mess). Since I was out of town, my wife was alone to deal with the problem. We called Farrell plumbing and they came over quickly and took care of the problem. We have an old house and some recent plumbing work done by another contractor was installed incorrectly. Paul fixed the problem and again charged us a fair price. He only fixed what was needed and didn't charge crazy labor and material rates for extras. It was great to have someone who could handle this problem for my wife while I was out of town. I'd recommend Farrell plumbing to anyone.

Mr. Farrell was a very nice man and very knowledgeable. He had me come around with him so he could explain things and he even walked me through a problem the next day over the phone.

Mr Farrell took great care to assess and fully understand the nature of the problem. He made all replacements and repairs quickly and with minimal interruption. After leaving I noticed that one of the faucets was leaking and notified him. He responded in a timely manor and schedules plans to return to make the corrections

Cut 3 holes in ceiling in various areas to repair knocking noises in piples. Also installed an additional tankless electric water heater and rerouted several pipes to better service my new home.

All work was outstanding. Patrick works until the job is truly finished. He doesn't ignore other issues that may cause a return visit, and works to correct issues if replacement is not needed. Honest workmanship stands out from the others.

The guys from Farrell Plumbing were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. I 1st contacted Farrell Plumbing last week. When discussing my issue with Pat, he gave me some tips to try on my own that might fix my problem and potentially save me from having to pay someone. Needless to say, that didn't work so we set up a day/time for him to come out. He called the day before and gave me a window of between 9 & 12. They were ringing the doorbell at 9 a.m. sharp. It took them about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and about the same amount of time to fix it. They noticed another leak after the fix and determined one of the pipes (plastic) needed to be changed out. They put in a new metal pipe and this fixed everything. I would not hesitate to use Farrell Plumbing in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I can't say enough that my experience with Farrell Plumbing was superb! They are definitely professional, responsive and extremely reasonable.

Great, Pat pointed out he should replace the dishwasher elbow connection as other parts had corroded and broke. He called back as stated, and arrived on a holiday to perform the work!

Called Patrick and talked about my problem. He had me send him a picture of the project and then suggest I contact moen directly to get a new part on warranty. Once I had the part I contacted him to set up an appointment. Me sent a gentleman named Paul to complete the project. Paul was very efficient and completed the task quickly.

I called Farrell Plumbing to get an estimate and had to leave a message on a Friday. The plumber called me back the same evening but had to leave me a message. I was not able to followup until Monday morning. I was able to get my questions answered and they were able to come out a couple hours later. This was awesome to me as I was actually working from home this day so I did not have to take additional time off of work. The service was very proffessional and I ended up paying less than what was quoted to me over the phone! The work was outstanding and then some. The company went above and beyond what I expected in the repair and when the job was finished the results were better than the original hose bib as he completly sealed everything off so there was no outside draft coming in through the wall.I would recommend this company time and time again. Should we have a need for plumbing services in the future we will definatly call Farrell Plumbing. P.S. Just a side thought. Ifyou call and have to leave a message do not write this company off. They have a quick turnaround time and leaving a message is a good thing in my eyes because it means they are actually working!

Pat did an assessment by phone and brought out a correct replacement. They arrived a couple hours after my call and installed in less than an hour and a half. They added a drain pan and a pipe to the drain hole so if it were to leak it would not affect the basement. They also added an expansion tank in a better configuration than before. Very fast, friendly, professional work. I would use them again for any plumbing needs.
