I called them late Wednesday evening and explained my situation. Two men were at my house at 7am Thursday. They checked out the situation, showed me what the issues were and gave me a price to rectify it. I agreed and they were back st 11am... worked non stop till 1 pm, restored my water. Cleaned up all of the non functioning parts and removed them. The cost was exactly what I had been told, I was given a warranty on the parts and work. Perfectly. Described to him what I saw and he diagnosed the issue over the phone and described everything as if he were looking at it. Something other guys wanted to charge $40 just to come out and look at. Fixed my issue, then ended up noticing and fixing two additional problems and replaced a faucet. All unexpected, but all still within the original quoted amount. Compared to work we have had done in the past, the price didn't make us feel like we were getting gouged. Wow – Pat Farrell Plumbing & Heating, Inc. came up with a great solution for our home’s waste pipe sound issue. He showed us the problem, walked us through how the solution would work and kept us informed throughout the process. Pat followed up by a doing terrific job on the installation process of replacing our PVC pipe with a new cast iron waste pipe. No mess, no fuss. Including dry wall removal and reinstallation. Clean-up went beyond what was expected. Everyone on his team is very professional and did an outstanding job. The team was very friendly and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend Farrell's plumbing. I had my 75 gal natural gas hot water heater replaced. Pat Farrell returned my call within 30 minutes, even when he was on vacation, to access my needs. He was able to quote me a price for a professional series which provided me an 8-year water heater warranty over the 6-year for residential warranty. The installation performed by Paul and RJ was very professional, clean, and Paul explained every detail to ensure I clearly understood everything they did with the new installation. Paul told me to call anytime I had any questions or problems. Farrell's was able to complete the job the next day which worked perfect for me.

In March, Farrrell's Plumbing crew performed all work incredibly well. Machine digging was necessary on a hillside and the line needed to be routed through a new location in the house. I can't say enough about the quality of their work and attention to detail. It was completely turn-key for me except meeting them to let them inside the house.

OMG - the best plumbing service I have ever had...hands down! Pat arrived exactly when he said he would. He brought an assistant, Paul, and in less than a half hour they had unclogged the system without having to snake or camera, saving me a significant amount of money. I commend Pat on his propensity for serving the customer honestly, rather than raking in the bucks. He and his assistant also gave me tips on how to prevent a major clog like this in the future. Our water heater was leaking and we needed someone fast. Not only were they very responsive but their honesty saved me nearly $2000. I had called another company who quoted me for a new water heater. I decided to call Farrell and relayed the story. They showed up, replaced the heating element, and we're all set. When it does finally break down they'll be the first I call! Mzingly honest, explained everything to my wife and really can't thank them enough. So nice to find honest craftsman who take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers!

They show up when they promise. Everything was done perfectly the first time. No issues or call backs. The owner and his senior associate are trained and experienced professionals. I wont use anyone else.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Farrell Plumbing & Heating was recommended by the supplier of our Rinnai and I could not be more pleased with the service delivered. Pat called prior to arrival and proceeded to thoroughly clean the burner, heat exchanger, water filter and supply line. Pat also checked and verified the vent system was clear and functioning properly. During the cleaning, Pat noticed a brass valve feeding the Rinnai was corroded with a very small leak. After further inspection Pat found the valve was cracked. Pat contacted the supplier and arranged for his people to deliver the part. The part was replaced and the Rinnai is operating properly. (While Pat was disassembling the Rinnai to clean the burner and heat exchanger, he found the head of one of the screws had been badly damaged when the unit was last serviced by a different plumber causing difficulty in removing the screw. Due to the uniqueness of the screw, a spare was not available but, Pat is ordering a replacement for the next time the unit is serviced.) We also asked Pat to replace the braided supply lines in our MBA due to the sulfur odor coming from the braided lines for the cold water. The problem is definitely the braided hoses as they have been replaced several times since we moved into this new home five years ago. All four supply lines were replaced and operating properly. I found Pat and his people to be competent, professional and personable. I have No hesitation in recommending Farrell Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing needs. Going forward Farrell Plumbing & Heating is our plumber of choice.

Called and spoke to Mr Ferrell, but later he didn't return my call until four days later. Decided it wasn't worth pursuing his services...

The job was done efficiently and I am hoping the work solved some prior sump pump issues. I have confidence in the recommendations made by Patrick. There's no fool-proof solutions to sump pump issues but I know he gave me the best advice possible.

I contacted Mr. Farrell initially because my well water tested positive for bacteria. We also discussed options in the event the treatment failed to clear the bacteria (installing a water treatment system of some sort). I spoke with Mr. Farrell several times on the phone to discuss the issue and schedule a date - first I was out of town, then he was out of town - but I didn't mind waiting a few days because I know it's a small company and they have a busy schedule. (Also, none of my issues were urgent.) The two gentleman that arrived to do the work were friendly and professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. They treated the well, replaced an outside faucet, and repaired the main water valve in my crawl space. I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing issue, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors without reservation. I assume their prices are competitive (they seemed reasonable to me), and I feel you get what you pay for - so price is often not an incentive for me.

He is very knowledgeable and taught me about plumbing as he went along.
