We could not have asked for a better experience. Patricia was amazing from the moment she came into our home. She explained the entire process and even showed us how to get the square footage for our counters. Elite definitely had the best prices in the area and had a quick turn around. Going through a remodeling project of this magnitude is very stressful but Patricia and her team were there every step of the way and Patricia even gave us her personal number and would respond to my million questions no mater how late I contacted her. I could not have asked for a more patient person to work with considering all the last minute changes and additions we made to our kitchen. The work done was beyond my expectations and my kitchen looks amazing. I will definitely hire them for my future projects!

Small bathroom that needed everything g replaced including tub, tile, fixtures, sink, cabinet. Great price for the quality!

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen in our older home and selected Elite Countertops on Cherry Road in Fredericksburg to handle the work. in August 2015. Approximately 3-4 weeks later the arrival of the cabinets came and we had chosen Honey Maple for the cabinets which we feel all the cabinets did not match, but explained to us that Honey Maple turns out this way. It is now 5 months later and the job is just being finished due to poor workmanship on the cabinets from installation to the do overs because of splintered wood, crown molding installed upside down and just overall poor workmanship. The owner didn't have a solid staff of personnel working for her and there were 4 different people working in our home at various times. We also asked for personnel who spoke English and could communicate with us and that never happened. One installer told us that she didn't want us to see the imperfection of the cabinets. She also would text us and tell us her staff would be there to do work, sometimes it never happened and sometimes we had to reschedule because of the inconvenience. We have learnt a valuable lesson, getting something cheaper doesn't mean it will be done good and we would not recommend this company to handle installation of cabinets in your home. Beware, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is--don't use this company for your job.

When temperatures dropped dramatically this month, we noticed that the 4 inch backsplash had separated from the wall. Elite responded to my request that they fix the aesthetic problem promptly and worked us into their schedule. The team arrived a little early, just as I arrived from work. I did not expect them to callously put their filthy toolboxes all over my counters, before I was able to remove our coffee pot and utensil holder. I was certainly shocked when the repairman washed his filthy hands all over the coffee cups in the sink and began looking through my cabinets for paper towels. The worse part was the lack of craftsmanship. When the 2 pieces of granite that form the 4 inch backsplash did not meet properly, the granite was ground down significantly and putty was used to fill the gap. The problem is that the granite now dips and the putty is very obvious. My counters were under warranty, since this is a new house, so I felt obligated to use Elite. As my husband said, we definitely did not receive Elite work. Use a well known company like Luck Stone. I have used Luck in the past and they are consistently professional and provide quality services.

Patricia came to our home about two weeks prior to the work to give us an estimate. She was prepared, professional and had many choices of products for us to choose from. We waited to get another estimate but the other party was not professional, only came with a few choices, and still gave us a price substantially higher than Elite. I then called Patricia back, relayed my final choice of stone and asked her to go ahead and schedule the work. She did so within a few days as there a slight holdup on when the stone would be available. Once Patricia found out the availability date, she called back and scheduled the work. Her husband came with one worker to put in the counter tops and they were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The entire installation took about 3.5 hours. We are very pleased.

It was fine. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very responsive on the work. Patricia helped me with making decisions. I have nothing bad to say about them.

He was on time. Ran into a problem with the faucets, which I had planed to reuse. He carefully explained and showed me why that would not work with my old faucets, helped me look on internet for replacements, then went to Home Depot and purchased replacements and installed. I would say very good service.

Very nice selection of granite and very reasonable prices. The workers were very professional. We will use them again to finish remodeling our kitchens.

Overall, I gave the quality of work a B because I thought there were some details that should have been taken care of during the installation, but the owner was very willing to make adjustments and address the problems. She also called me to follow up and make sure that I was happy with the end result. The customer service was very good.

The company's 3 person team came and installed the new granite countertops, sink and hardware. One of the owneres was present throughout. They also arranged for a plumber come hook up the faucet. The work was done as described. It was done cleanly and they were careful not to scratch the floors. They caulked everywhere and were very pleasant and informative as to care and maintenance of their product. They cleaned up everywhere before leaving and departed only after we were satisfied and all our questions answered.. They were installed within 10 days of being ordered. We are very pleased with the countertops and the installation process.

Work was performed quickly and well. We were getting the house updated and ready to go on the market and we were very pleased at how promply they responded. The work was completed even earlier than we expected.

The install was fine, they covered the floor with a tarp so they didn't track dust. The seams are near invisible, No really. You can see them if you know where to look and look hard, but otherwise no seams. We got estimates from four companies and Elite gave us and quot;exoticand quot; granite for a little more than the others were quoting us for and quot;Aand quot; granite. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, ESTIMATE WAS DETAILED AND ALL QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. ALMOST $1,000 LESS THAN LOWES AND HOME DEPOT- PRIMARY COST DIFFERENCE WAS IN RIP OUT/ DISPOSAL OF OLD TOP. NOT SURE WHY LOWES /HOME DEPOT CHARGE MORE FOR THAT. ALSO REFERRAL LIST PROVIDED HAD SEVERAL COWORKERS LISTED WHO HAD USED THIS COMPANY i CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM.,
