Description of Work: I contacted Dream Builders for an estimat on finishing a partial Basement They were very courteous and look forward do doing business with them in the future.

Description of Work: A salesman came to take measurements, then I never heard from them again. I tried text messaging, calling, and resubmitting a request for an estimate through their website, but I still haven't heard from them. My wife and I are anxious to get our deck built. Dream Builders is a bust for us.

Description of Work: Removed, and replaced existing Deck. Nick was very professional, to be fair of the 5 quotes, 3 were very comparable in price and representation of professionalism. However, Nick won me with a slightly better design which allowed me to keep my walk out below more open, he was the only one to really discuss more detailed design options that I hadn't thought of. Part of the work was subcontracted, mainly because I had rotting on the band board, which basically attaches to the house frame to ledger board of the deck, and when that was removed, it revealed rotting on the frame of my house. While unexpected, everything was communicated very well, it was very obvious once the old deck was removed this was necessary, and it was repaired at very reasonable cost, without the job being pushed back. according to friends I have who work in contracting, the cost of the extra work was extremely reasonable. It didn't actually surprise me, one of the reasons I was replacing the deck was that in addition to age, it was obviously not built well, or maintained properly. Everything was done excellent.

Description of Work: Rep came out to survey work requested to obtain an estimate. Looking for an estimate for putting a screened cover on an existing deck. Rep never responded back, either by phone, email, or visit. I guess they have way too much work to do to deal with the little guy.
