+ -1 moreI found Door Masters of Fredericksburg VA extremely professional, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all expectations were met. They replaced my 18 year old Chamberlain Liftmaster Garage Door Opener with a Chamberlain Garage Door Opener. Since I need to replace my second Garage Door Opener next week, I will again use this same company. I highly recommend them for all of your Garage Door repairs, replacements, and service.

Description of Work: Rob was doing other work in our neighborhood when he passed our house and saw that I had backed into the garage door! He asked if we were getting it taken care of and I told him that we had been in contact with our insurance company. He looked at the door and was very helpful with my questions. After talking with him for about 30 minutes, I felt that he was not being pushy or persuasive and was being very helpful and informative. We decided to use Door Masters because he quoted us a fair price and was able to install the new garage door within a few days. The original door was a custom order and we would have had to wait 3 - 4 wks for installation. The door he provided was made by the same company as the original and was an upgrade from what we had before. My husband and I are very pleased with the new door as well as Rob's professionalism and honesty. We would definitely use Door Masters again!

+ -1 moreI used Robb Shepard. My neighbor was using this service, and I was outside, and he stopped his truck and helped me pick up some recycling that had blown around. While he was helping me, I asked him question about my garage door, and he gave me great advice, and didn't charge me, and the advice worked. He is very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I wasn't charged for his diagnostic service.
