 + -1 moreI read the 2 reviews and was hesitant; asked a friend that lives near me if he could recommend a small engine repair company. He recommended Dickinson's Equipment Repair. He had used them numerous times and never had a problem. i decided to give them an shot. The one review had problems with a returning phone calls so I decided that in this case I was not concerned about returning a phone call; I just wanted my chain saw tuned so I could start it. I took it in and was treated professionally and promptly. I was told it would take 2 weeks from 2 separate individuals. I gave it to them on Monday and surprisingly I received a call on Wednesday saying it was done. I picked it up; started it and all was well and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Tuned Chain Saw; Saw was in storage for 2 years and I could not start.

 + -1 moreI expect delayed responses from mower repair companies during this time of year. However, Dickenson's total disregaurd for professionalism was a complete surprise.
Description of Work: I called Dickenson's and got their answering machine. I left a message asking them to call me back. They did not return my 1call that day, so I called the next day and got their answering machaine again. I left a detailed message about my problem and again asked that they return my call. Later in in that same day I called again and got their answering machine. The next day they called me back while I was in a meeting and left a message requesting that I return their call. I called back three times that same day and got their answering machine. The next day I called them at 7:30 AM while on my way to work... got their answering machine. To this day they never returned my calls.
