From beginning to end, D&D made every effort to solve my very difficult problem/"surprise" at finding asbestos under the linoleum that became visible when a repair was being made to the damage done to my kitchen floor caused by a leaky dishwater. Their price was significantly less than other companies and couldn't have been done any better at twice the price. The difference was enough to pay for the materials needed to replace my floor and for this I am very grateful.

They came and did the following: Chipped the walls (newly painted), broke the hose for water on the refrigerator (new), scratched the front door (brand new), and they left all the nails/staples exposed through the floor - meaning, sticking straight up. The dogs and I did not enjoy stepping on them and going into our feet.

Responded quickly to inquiry about work, scheduled it the next week. Great communication. Very pleased with company.

I think they underestimated the scope of the project but still they completed it nearly on time and way under the cost of the competition. The crew was amazing. Worked in a 100+ degree attic and never complained. I hope never to have an attic with contaminated insulation again but I would hire this company in a second; probably without even getting a second bid.

Santos was took the time to explain the process to me and recommend the best solution to our problem. The got there on time and the job was completed on the same day. I would definitely recommend them.

They completed the 800 sq ft or so basement in 1 day. The thing that took the longest was getting the "clean air test" back. They need to understand that a General contractor hired them and gave them the OK to talk to the owner but at the end of the day the owner relied on our decision to hire. The written air test went to the owner and we still haven't received a copy :(...We would hire them again though.

From the time I called to the time the job was done was less than a week. That timely performance was important to me! All the work was done neatly, which is important as well as we have 2 young kids.

D&D Environmental removed asbestos-containing floor tile and mastic in our family room. They came at the time they said they would and were well prepared, with all materials and equipment available. The crew obviously knew what to do and got working right away, and the supervisor (Santos Colon) took time to explain all aspects of the project to us and answer all questions. In addition, everyone was extremely polite. I don't expect to do any more asbestos removal (this was the only asbestos in our house), but if I move and find asbestos in another home, I would hire them again. i have already recommended them to friends.

They do quality work and are very friendly

Almost all the other reviews lead me to expect these guys to show up on time, work professionally, and respond quickly. The scheduled day promised to have rain, and I got a call early that morning. Instead of cancelling or delaying, Santos asked if they could start earlier to beat the rain. WHen I came home that afternoon, there was not one bit of evidence that they were ever there, except that all the asbestos siding was gone. These guys did a superb job, were very quick, and did an excellent job at a reasonble price.
