Description of Work: We hired Commonwealth to install irrigation, do a soil treatment and lay seed. They mixed our our property with someone else's on our street. When we called about our concerns, the owner came to our house to clear it up and then told my husband that I was lying about the services I told him we wanted. I was standing right there while he said that I was lying. We fired him right then. Later he sent my husband an email with the quotes he gave us. On the quote was everything I had asked for, PROVING that I hadn't lied. I've never met such rude, self absorbed business owner in my life. I know other people who have had issues with him as well. We went with another company in the area and we're very happy with them. I would never recommend Commonwealth to anyone.

Description of Work: Not unreasonable in price. But over the course of three years, they chewed up more siding on my house with horrifically careless weed whacking. Took ages to settle with them. One bright spot was their adjuster. Once he came out, saw the damage, he was quick and thorough in tracking down the same replacement siding, and expedited the installation. I would never use this company again. My neighbor had the same problem with them.

Description of Work: Sprinkler install - 6 zones, 12,00 sqft lot. Very profressional group of individulas: Office Staff, Sales representative and Install crew. | |One minor issue during install; cracked two drain lines that were clearly marked. They replaced one on site. Second one was discoverd a few days later which I repaired myself. Not a big deal, but more care should have been exercised. | |Overall, I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone considering an irrigation system.

Description of Work: We had an in-ground sprinkler system installed by Commonwealth Irrigation and Landscaping in Dec 2013. The estimate was provided within a short time after completion of the site visit and installation was done, as promised, just a few days later. While very pleased with the system (it has made a noticeable difference in the overall quality of our lawn), in early April 2014 we did make note of a small issue with the installation for which we are still awaiting a reply. We would recommend Commonwealth Irrigation to others but would caution them about the company's follow-up procedures.

Description of Work: Ongoing landscaping maintenance is poor and any new plantings are less than optimal. Had to call to complain about lack of attention to details and poor workmanship. Will be exploring other companies for lawn service in the near future

+ -1 moreThey are great. In fact, I am actually getting ready for them to do my backyard landscaping. They are really reasonable too. If there is any problem you just call them, they come and they fix everything if you're not happy. They are very about making sure you are pleased and happy. It' just really handy, for example, when they were using the edger, they happened to hit one the irrigation pipes and all of a sudden, they noticed it was leaking. So they sent somebody else out and they fixed it with no extra charge.
Description of Work: I use Commonwealth Irrigation & Landscape for lawn and yard work. When I bought the house, the had irrigation put in by them so I just stuck with them.
