Description of Work: In the past I have been extremely critical of Comcast primarily due to the contractor who installed the service, their 800 call center and their unexpected price increases. However, after having a local Service Tech (Samuel) resolve a problem for us and give us a business card with his manager's name (Shawn Fincham) the service has been EXCELLENT. If we experience an issue with our service a call or Email to Shawn results in a prompt response. (If he is in the field with his people there is a perfectly acceptable delay.) From my perspective, we have built a rapport based on not abusing the business relationship we have and providing detailed information on the problem we are experiencing. As a result of the service from Shawn and two of his Service Techs (Samuel & Lee), we have upgraded our service to X1 Xfinity and are very pleased. Recently, the X1 service was discussed with one of our neighbors, they also upgraded to X1 and are very pleased with the service. If we experience a major failure or a failure after business hours, we will contact the Call Center but a call or an Email will also be sent to Shawn describing the details of the failure since his people will probably be involved in the resolution.

Description of Work: That is when I disconnected my service with Comcast
