Description of Work: Kevin and his crew did a very thorough and professional job for us, prepping and painting our older wood-sided home, doing some minor exterior repairs, and installing new storm windows. Kevin is easy to work with, responsive, and his prices are very competitive. We would definitely work with him again.

+ -1 moreKevin is great to work with and very accommodating that we needed to keep our eight person office open and working as much as possible. His staff was great and very meticulous about the painting and putting everything back together for us. The whole project was a 10. Top recommendations!
Description of Work: Painted the offices of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI and installed hardwood trim. They removed everything from the walls, moved furniture, moved everything back and worked around our staff so we could keep our doors open. The painting was in the interior office space and included two bathrooms.

+ 5 moreHe also does exterior painting, pressure washing, deck staining and plaster repairs. Things are going great. He is very professional and timely. He is very clean and conscious of my personal items. He has given me good advice. I did pick out my own paint colors and do prefer a certain brand of paint and he is accommodating to that. He is flexible with his schedule and was prompt in coming out for the estimate. His pricing seems fair as well. He is very personable and has been accommodating to my add-ons which is above and beyond. He came out and estimated the work and between the time of the estimate and when he showed up, I found more things I wanted done. And since he's been here we have found more things I wanted done. He has let me know what the extra cost will be and we are on the same page with everything.
Description of Work: I am currently using Colonial Painting & Home Enhancement for drywall repair from a roof leak. He is also repairing some miscellaneous items and drywall issues throughout the house. He is doing some interior painting as well.
