Mixed bag -- I'm giving them a B because the realtor service was a high A, and the property management was a low C.
Wendy Craft was the name of our realtor, and she was phenomenal -- when I sell the house in 15 years or so, I'm praying she's still in the business. Fantastic and professional, everything in order, very warm and personable. The entire realtor experience was very comforting at a very high-stress time.
Property management was more of a problem -- though the paperwork end of things went pretty well, the advertising and ability to keep the house rented was also good. The first issue was that we didn't get critical information from the managers -- some drugs that a former tenant's child had stashed in the house that he tried to break in to get, plus some house damage that the managers did not deduct from the tenants' security deposit. We would have liked them to lean a bit harder on that. The second issue was that they demanded that we either drop our home warranty with 2-10, or rental management would drop us, because rental management wanted to use only their network (which would have cost us thousands more per year given the repairs we made over time).
Those two failures aside, the property management was okay, and I think that team has changed out since we last used them, so I hope their systems have been improved since we used them. I would definitely use their realtors again, and probably use property management again depending on their current policies. The lack of notification was more an issue of particular people rather than something systemic, so that's easy for them to fix, but I'd inquire about warranty restrictions before signing on with them again. So it's good, but with tradeoffs.

I contacted Debbie who was the sellers agent for a parcel of land in Orange County that I was interested in purchasing. Debbie was very helpful in answering my questions and was always courteous and professional.

She is our real estate agent whom I adore and love. I found her through our insurance. She is very knowledgeable. She devoted the first five or six days to me. She picked me up and we did nothing but house hunt. She even had the package printed out for me so that all I would have to do is take notes of things that I like or dislike on the actual package of the house. She is very organized. I didn't go through the phone book and pick her, I was guided to her but she is fantastic. Every time somebody tells me they are looking for a house, I always recommend her. She is very professional, down to earth and friendly. If you don't understand something, she doesn't make you feel stupid. She will break it down to your level and explain it to you where you can understand and she doesn't get impatient. I can't say enough nice things about her.
