Schedule for work to be done is exact down to the time of arrival, no generalities. They are reliable. The estimate is provided in writing for each item.

It went perfectly! They arrived promptly when they said they would and were very courteous and professional the entire time. The work they did was exceptional!! We are loving our new ceiling fans and lights. They were so gracious about a return visit to check a fan that did not seem to be working, even after finding it was only just user error. Judy and Steve were EXCELLENT. We originally hired them to do an electrical inspection of our home. They were prompt in all of our email correspondence, in setting the appointment and on the scheduled date they showed up on time. We thought so highly of their inspection that we hired them to install several recessed lighting and fix some minor issues with our electrical panel and with the recessed lighting that was currently in our basement that were discovered during the inspection. As they were preparing the estimate for the new recessed lighting they took the time to explain how many lights we would need and did not oversell (we originally thought we needed 6, but they suggested 4 and they were right.) My wife's first reaction was "WOW!" what a difference. We would definitely hire them again.
