Steve and Julie took the time to explain what was going to happen (some contractors will just perform the work and not explain what is going on), asked if I had any questions, answered all my questions with very thorough answers and performed the job as described within a few hours. They were very professional and respectable to my property the entire time. I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends/family members.

This is a great husband and wife team. My Angie's List email request was returned within a minute with a phone call. They made a service call the next day. I initially only asked for the light fixture to be replaced but then when on site, I asked about the other two items. They were very pleasant and agreeable to work the other two issues. I will call upon them again!

Loved both of them. They were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the space. I thought I had a major electrical problem but they explained it was a simple replacement. He did it in about fifteen minutes and everything was working again. I could not be more appreciative and I would call on them first for any electrical issues in the future.

I needed three switches connected to over head lights and/or ceiling fans and needed mystery switches investigated. I called Cody Malone and they were very responsive. We quickly made an appointment and they were very timely for arrival. They inspected the work and provided me an estimate which was spot on the final price as well. They returned on time to perform the work a few days later and they performed the following work: Ran wires to connect 3 switches to overhead lights. Troubleshot dead outlet and two dead switches in master bedroom. Installed new ceiling fan in master. Installed new light in the nursery. Investigated an over loaded junction box in my attic. Investigated joined breakers in my breaker box. Troubleshot 4 mystery switches in various locations in the house. I would use these guys for all electrical work. Very professional and courteous. They arrived ready to work and left without a trace they were ever there. Thanks Steve!

Cody Malone services were very responsive to my request for a quote and worked around my schedule to come by and give us an estimate. They showed up on time and had all the equipment they needed. They sent me the estimate quickly and it was easy to schedule them to come and do the work. They did have to postpone our job for a day, but it wasn't an inconvenience to me and they were very apologetic. Things happen sometimes so this does not change my opinion of the company.

Steve and Julie came to my home on a Sunday and this was not an emergency repair! When we first spoke on the phone I asked if they were able to come in the early evening since my wife and I both work. We were originally scheduled for Monday at 6:30 PM. Due to changes with their schedule Julie called and asked if they could come on Sunday. This was great for us. Julie and Steve arrived on time and made the repairs quickly. Their professionalism and desire to accommodate our needs is what struck me most. After fixing our coach lights, they provided me with an explanation of how they would install the under-cabinet lighting and do the wiring in our basement for cable and TV. Steve took my email address and will send me the estimate for the additional work with 24 hours. It was a real pleasure working with a company that truly is the "Mom & Pop" small business and where the customer matters. I've hired other, larger electrical repair companies in our area in the past They too do similar high quality work. The difference is Cody Malone Services seems more focused on the customer's needs and they don't cost an arm and a leg. I plan on keeping Cody Malone Services in my phone book and will recommend them to friends in a heartbeat.

Steve and Julie are great. They listen carefully. They want to get it right and they work without little interruption. They are very concerned with impacting the family and they wanted to be sure to meet our needs/expectations. We already have them scheduled to come back and do some additional work. No hesitations here!

Julie and Steve came out to our home on two separate days to complete the basement project and the outdoor lighting. The work was superb. It was a pleasure having them do the work for us and we were very pleased with the results. I will not hesitate to have them do electrical work for me in the future.

I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did it when scheduled. They were very good about checking that the scheduled appointment time was still good for me. They tested the system to make sure it was operating correcltly, and recently contacted me to make sure everything was operating OK.

After reading so many other good reviews for Cody Malone Services, we decided to have Steve do our electrical work. We wanted to replace the single light fixture in our kitchen ceiling with recessed lighting, but we weren?t sure what would be involved, nor how many light would be needed. During the initial visit, Steve answered all our questions, and explained, where the lights should be placed in relation to the countertops for optimal light. This visit was followed up promptly, with an itemized estimate in writing. We felt the amount of the estimate was very reasonable All the work inside, and the light replacements outside, was done in a very professional manner. The workmanship and customer service was exceptional and we are completely delighted with our new kitchen lights as well as the work that was done outside. We highly recommend Cody Malone services for any electrical work.

These folks were great. Showed up on time, did the work just as I requested. Price was reasonable especially give it was a wholey new location for the outlet in the house. The also gave me other related advice that allowed me to do other simpler work to save money.

Everything went great. I was trying to get a hold of a electrician for a quote and called one at 3 on a Friday afternoon and got a recording to call back on Monday. I called Cody Malone and they returned my call within the hour and came out on Saturday to give me a quote. They were very easy to work with. They had to come back a couple of times because we had to wait on the patio contractor working on the outdoor kitchen. They were very flexible to come out when the other contractor was ready for them. They always called if they were running late to let us know. I would highly recommend them for electrical work.

Scheduling the appointment was easy with Julie. Julie and Steve showed up for the appointment and they were great. They are very nice people. They covered everything up before performing the job. They both did an excellent job and the ceiling fans/lights look great. They cleaned up everything before they left. You couldn't even tell that the fans were just installed. I have other projects to be done in the future and I will definitely contact them. Thanks for such a great experience!

Steve and Julie were great. Scheduling the estimate and work with Julie was very easy- she was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule and I appreciated that that communicated primarily via email. During the estimate, they actually asked how we use the kitchen and gave us a lighting plan that is works great for us. The other electricians recommended a generic lighting plan, not taking into account our existing lighting. They obviously take pride in their work- something that is rare to find these days- and they worked hard to make sure we were pleased with the work. I really appreciated that they didn't have to make any additional holes in our ceiling to install the new lights (which would have cost us money to fix) and that they cleaned up as they went. They were very professional. They also did a great job carefully removing our old foyer light fixture and installing the new chandlier- making sure that we were happy with the height before installing it and again, cleaning up as they went. We were very pleased with the work and would most definitively hire them again and recommend them to friends. Steve is clearly a master electrician with a lot of experience and Julie is awesome at the customer service aspects of the job. Great team.

Julie and Steve were amazing. They were extremely helpful in mounting a television for us over the fireplace and hiding all cables behind the wall. The quality of work was top notch and they were thorough. They left our place clean and free of any damage. I contacted three others for quotes and Steve and Julie were the only ones willing to come out and see the job before quoting me. I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I have used Cody Malone Services and again I was very impressed. Steve and his wife came to my house, installed the fan and fixed the lighting issue in less than an hour. Price was less than what I had to pay my home owner's insurance to install another fan that broke. Will definitely be using them again.

Julie and Steve did a wonderful job installing our fans and the generator interlock. Steve explained everything about the generator operation and even left us written instructions. Their work and customer service is excellent. We will definitely call them again for any future electrical needs.

They were available on the same day, they were extremely fair priced, he tried to give me some suggestions on how we could fix the issue ourselves before having to call them, he didn't want to charge us if he didn't have to but if I eventually needed his assistance, he's extremely informative and very helpful.
