By far the BEST electrician I have used. I called on labor day and left a message. This was not an emergency so figured I would see someone this week. Steve and Julie were in the area so they called and told me they would stop by to give a quick look. Unbelievable as this was the holiday. Steve went right to work but was very professional as was Julie. It took about 45 mins of opening switches until he found the issue. I was only charged $35 dollars which included an Angies list discount!. Use this company. They believe in customer service and practice what they preach.

I sent the Malones an e mail on Sunday and they called me back within two minutes to arrange for an estimate on Monday. They arrived at the scheduled time and had the problem diagnosed a short time later. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I don't ever recall a better experience with a contractor. They were polite, informative, prompt, and very skilled in the electrician field. I have two more jobs that need to be done soon and I'll definitely have the Malones perform these tasks. The charge for the service was more than fair.

Everything went great. One trip to evaluate and estimate the job. One trip to install. I highly recommend Cody Malone Services. Will use them again, if I need electrical service.

Steve and Julie were very accommodating even after I call to change the appointment three times the same day. Julie also always returns my call very quickly and Steve provided a writen estimate the next day after setting up service. The extremely appreciative duo showed up early, cleanly cut rough ins, and wired electrical switches. We love having Julie and Steve over, they've also installed our resale lighting and we will be calling them back to install motion sensor lighting.

From the very beginning when i made the initial phone call Julie was very responsive and helpful. they came out that same day and finished the work in under an hour. The problem in the outdoor wires was found immediately and handled very fast and clean. would recommend them anytime!

I first used Cody Malone for a punch list in my house. He checked the wiring for dish disposal, switched out an outlet, checked for phone wiring. I believe he is very reasonably priced, he doesn't add time to charge extra. I also had him check the wiring in a commercial building, and he serviced my generator. If they are running late, they let you know. Very easy to work with and easy to schedule appts.

Steve and Julie are a delight to work with! They explain what needs to be done in layman terms, send info to you to read if you want it, and try their best to save you from unnecessary expenses. They do not pressure you to do work that isn't necessary or to make an immediate decision about using their services. They came out and offered us a free estimate after looking at what had to be done and to discuss all of our concerns. Later that evening Steve emailed us an estimate for the work we wanted done and sent us some reading materials about the panel box we currently have to help us with our decision. Their rates are very reasonable. We decided to hire them. They were thorough and did not seem rushed, they gave us all the time we wanted answering questions. They are neat and left our home in neat order. With the particular job they did for us they had to cut drywall (they do not repair drywall though) to fit the new electric panel in, and they cleaned up the area beautifully. We are very impressed with Steve's knowledge and enjoyed Julie's sense of humor! We have a couple more projects coming up in the near future and we will certainly use their services again. You just can't beat Cody Malone Services! We highly recommend them!

Responded to my initial request for a free consultation within an hour of sending my request. Steve was extremely accommodating, working around my schedule. An absolute professional!

Steve provided me guidance over the phone in diagnosing and resolving a problem with our kitchen circuit. It was complicated but with his input I was able to locate and fix a loose connection. He refused payment for his advice. Throughout, Steve was friendly and professional. It is clear he is a very knowledgeable electrician. I will have him do the electrical upgrades we are planning in our home. I highly recommend him.

Steve and Julie were fantastic! There are no other words to describe the experience with them. They return phone calls quickly. They kept us informed and worked their work schedule with us. They are very pleasant to work with and their goal is customer satisfaction. If we weren't happy, they weren't happy. Of course, we were very happy. The few minor things that cropped up they fixed immediately without question. The kitchen under cabinet lights look great. Steve and Julie worked with us to get the right lights that worked and looked good and to position the switches so they were out of sight but accessible. They installed the garage outlets where i marked the locations and adjusted when I asked for quad boxes with both circuits in each box. In the basement i needed new lights to replace the builder's single bare bulbs. I wanted to go with LED fixtures because of their low profile and long lasting bulbs. Steve went out and got the fixtures and put them just where they needed to be and changed out a singe tube fixtrue for a double tube fixture when I found there wasn't enough light in that area. After moving the light fixture over the dining room table so it was centered they came back again to sand and spackle the hole at the light's original location and now it is barely visible. An excellent job all around. I'd recommend Cody Malone Services to everyone.

Cody and his wife were prompt and kind and did a great job. We have used them for light installation as well.

Steve and Julie once again out performed themselves designing and giving us a state of the art lighting unit over our kitchen island. They were able to take our concept and put it into a complete project, all according to our specifications. First rate performance by outstanding professionals. These are the only folks I trust to do electrical work in my house. They always do it right the first time and I constantly get asked who did my work. It is of great pleasure that I recommend this team. Simply awesome!

FIVE STARS FOR SURE! Use these guys whenever you can!!! I cannot possibly say enough nice things about Julie and Steve with Cody Malone Services! There is not enough space in this little box! From my first contact with Julie, they were nothing but professional! I was on a time restriction, and they were able to work my repairs in with other work they had contracted. I was so grateful they could come and do the work. They showed up on time, did a fabulous job and even cleaned everything up! I didn't even have to vacuum. Truly a professional team. Sadly, I am moving, or I would definitely use them again! If you are looking for a good electrician, this is your company. Thank you so much Julie and Steve!

After a failed attempt to install a ceiling fan. by my husband, I called Cody Malone Services. Steve and Julie came out the next day! They were on time and very personable. Steve corrected the errors my husband made in a very timely manor. I asked about some other lighting we need to have installed and he gave an estimate on the spot! Very nice people and very fair pricing. We will be using them in the future!

Steve and Julie did an outstanding job with our interior room ceiling fan and garage fluorescent lighting. All items were installed with the utmost professionalism and have added value to our home. Very pleased with everything that they did. Products changed the areas or rooms where they were installed. They are the ONLY provider that I allow to do electrical work in my house. Great people, great price, and outstanding work. Would hire them again without hesitating.

They were great! Answered the phone on the first call and provided us with an visit and estimate within a couple of days. They took time and care to explain the process and took their time to assemble and install our ceiling fans just how we wanted them installed. Also, took time to explain the technical details of electrical outlets. I'll definitely use this company again!

I called and Julie was very nice to let me know they would be able to install my thermostat whenever I was ready. Her husband charged $70 hour for Angies List customers. I went out and bought the one we wanted and they were out 2days later to install. They were so nice to work with, we will refer them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Steve and Julie were great to work with. Quick communication and responsive to my request for free estimate. Came out to do work at the proper date (They showed up early, when does that ever happen?) and preformed the work quickly and done a great job. They cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend. The reason for the "B" grade for price is that the estimate was not the lowest estimate I got for the job. However, I am willing to pay a little more to have contractors return your calls/emails on a timely basis which Steven and Julie did... Thank you Cody Malone Services

They were excellent. Came into my home ready to work and get the problem corrected. Nice couple. Easy to talk to. Even though I am not familiar with electric jargon, he understood what I was saying and went to work locating the short. Would have them back any time I had a problem.

I was extremely impressed with Julie and Steve from the start. I submitted a request for estimates to multiple companies and they were by far the most reasonable. They worked around my schedule (late evenings) for both the free in home estimate and the installation. They helped me understand what would work best in the area I wanted to light and even gave me a few options to choose from. I will continue to use Cody Malone Services for any lighting/ electrical needs I have!
