Cody Malone Services was very responsive; they provided the extra cost for the 20' ceiling, scheduled the service and very professionally installed the chandelier. If and when needed, we will definitely use this company again.

Simply...amazing! From quickly responding to my inquiry for a quote to being there on time for their first inspection to dealing with my multiple inquiries about the services to contacting me the night before service to being at my home on time on the day of service was enough to get an A from me...BUT, this crew was so amazing and kind (especially having to deal with my inquisitive 10 year old, my overly curious kitten and my over protective dog) I can't appreciate their services enough...OH YEAH, the actual work? Perfect! Actually, beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with their recommendations and how it all turned out and for such an outstanding and reasonable cost I recommend these guys to anyone looking to do electrical work!

I had a very old ceiling fan with a non-working light. Steve showed up as scheduled, went to work. Took down the old fan and installed the new one. I had a few questions about the wall switch and what it controlled. He answered my questions and explained my options. I was very satisfied with the service..

The power had went out in half the house after some weird things in prior days with the lights and plugs. I called for a service call and they showed up within the hour to help me. I was a bit embarrassed because while they were here I had a carpet cleaner here at the same time(coordinating conflict) ... but they weren't phased at all and were very positive and proficient at their job. I had a surge of electricity come into my electrical boxed which actually melted one of the main cables supplying electricity to my house. When the cable burned/melted it sent 240 volts into my house. This happened on a Thursday night arount 9 PM. We immediately turned off all power from the box, contacted Dominon Power and left a message through Angie's list for Cody Malone Services around 9:30 PM. Dominion power sent someone out to check the box and secured the wiring but took the meter with them that night, but I was without power. Within 2 hrs. or less I received an email from Steve (Cody Malone Services) with his phone number saying if I needed to speak with him I could call him. I waited until the next morning and contacted Steve. He was at my house in about an hour or so...unbelievable response. Unfortunately he could not repair the problem since Dominion took the meter. I was charged nothing for the visit, even though Steve responded immediately and spent his time traveling to my location to check out the situation. I had to get Dominion back out. After a couple visits from Dominion, the issue was not fixed. Steve and Julie (Steve's wife) came back out, checked everything out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty neutral ground cable. He also spoke with Dominion Power on the phone and again with them when they returned to . Steve and Julie were here for 2+ hours checking the electrical panel in my house, diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was OK. They provide an unbelievable service. They are the most compassionate, caring and fair individuals I have ever dealt with for any service. They are very professional and will find and fix the problem. The price they charged was way more than fair. I will definately will use them again in the future. I would strongly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Steve and Julie for not only the very professional, fantastic service you provide but also for the caring and genuine concern you have for the customers you are servicing. I know we would have incurred damage to appliances and my house without the outstanding service we received from Steve and Julie. I can't thank them enough.

Very helpful when initially called and spoke on phone for an estimate. The lady was very nice and called me back with the exact information i asked about. Great communication leading up to the scheduled appointment time to remind us. Steve showed up on time with another worker. Both were very professional and nice. Put the fan together for us as I had just bought it from Lowes. Installed the fan and made it operate off the wall switch as promised. They ensured they cleaned up any materials from their work. Steve also gave us an estimate on some other electrical work we have been wanting done. Will be using them again in a few months when we want the other work completed. Outstanding experience with great customer service at a very reasonable price.

They sized the job to fit the room and marked where the holes were to be located. I gave my approval and they moved forward. They were cautious in there work to insure that every precaution was taken to not damage water lines or duck. They were very professional in the way that they completed the job. They cleaned up and removed all trash at the end of the job.

This was a rather complicated job that required multiple days of work. Steve and Julie were very good about communicating with us every step of the way. Plus, they were great with with our big dogs so that the dogs didn't have to be kept in their crates the whole time. Steve was honest with us about how much work we actually needed done and didn't try to sell us extraneous services. We got a detailed, typed quote (free of charge) and a detailed, typed bill at the end of the job. I have already recommended them to several friends as honest electricians.
