Steve, Julie and their son are very professional in their approach to customer service. If they run behind, they always communicate what time they will arrive. Since I have used their services multiple times and for many jobs, they are good at promptly assessing what can and cannot be done on a service visit. If the job is a large one, they typically include other services without additional charge (ie. when I had 8 recessed lights put in, they also updated other outlets in the same room to decora style). I deal with lots of contractors through my job and have been pleased with their service each and every time.

Great work that was professionally completed and felt that they took their time to preform the work correctly. Even after we came up with a plan, they continued to provide options to make the process go smoother and make it more efficient. I had three other contractors come in for estimates and Cody Malone, was the best value and most qualified. Work was conducted by the Certified Master Electrician verses having apprentices do the work and he would only come by to inspect. Highly recommend and will use again.

It went very well. I had no problem getting an appointment. On arrival they looked over the wiring already in place and installed the outlet where I needed it. They tested it to confirm it was functioning and made sure to clean up after the work. Quick and professional service.

The technician, Ms. T, arrived on time and installed the fan. The fan was a Casablanca, came with 4 separate components, the motor, the blades, the light and the wall remote. She put them together beautifully.

The electrician was on time, she came prepared with her own tools and ladder. She assembled the new hanging light fixture and took down the old one. She did an excellent job and completed the project in just one hour.

Super efficient work at a great price. Our porch light and entry way light were not working at all, as well as a few random outlets in our townhome. Steve, Julie, and team also assembled and installed two light fixtures into the foyer ceiling and in our nursery. Amazing job! I highly recommend Cody Malone Services for any electrical needs.

It went great. Steve and his wife communicated well with me about scheduling and when I could expect them to arrive. This was a very small job for them and they never made me feel like it was an imposition. Quite the opposite, in fact. My chandelier arrived without the canopy, so Steve hung it for me and they promised to come back once I had acquired the part. I felt bad asking them to do that--it wasn't their fault that the part was missing after all, so I resolved to pay them something when they came back. When he did come back and install the canopy, Steve refused the additional money. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

THEY ARE AMAZING! The were very reasonably priced, and did not want to accept additional pay when I asked if they could do something extra on the day of the job. I paid them anyway because of the quality and the efficiency of their work. They are personable, and very customer oriented. I give them my highest recommendation, and will turn to no one else for my electricity needs.

This was the second time I've used Cody Malone Services for electrical work around my home. Julie and Steve came out to replace 3 outdoor light fixtures and they were friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly and the new lights looked great. I would definitely recommend them and plan on calling them again for whatever electrical needs I might have in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Steve and Julie! They had excellent communication leading up to the installation of our recessed lighting. They arrived on time. They were totally professional and respectful of my house and children- even working without music so as not to disturb us while we were homeschooling. The quality of their work was exceptional. I LOVE my new lighting! I wouldn't hesitate a bit to use them again in the future.

Steve Gray and his wife, Julie, from Cody Malone Services came out to install a new crystal chandelier in my dining room. I am pleased to say that they arrived exactly on time and did an outstanding job of installing the new fixture and relocating the old one to a hallway. Not all installers will agree to do crystal chandeliers because they take a fair amount of time to add each crystal and the process is a delicate one. They worked very quickly and efficiently together without breaking anything and had both jobs done in surprisingly little time. They also respected my personal property, cleaned up after themselves, and even moved my dining room table back into its place without me even asking them to do it. I would definitely recommend Cody Malone Services for electrical needs and will use them again myself, should I have the need in the future.

We could not be more pleased with the communication and work that Steve and his wife did for us. They were very quick to respond to either emails, text messages, or phone calls. They were very clear and thorough with what they will be doing per the request that we had and also gave us valuable recommendations from their years of experience. Finally, they were also very flexible with my and my wives very busy schedules.

Steve and Julie were very responsive to my emails and showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and left the work area clean afterward. They installed three ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms. This required them to run wire from the existing wall plate up to the attic and to where they installed ceiling fan brackets. They were quick in their work and it looks great. I would hire them again.
