Scott inspected 2 houses we were interested in buying. Because of his excellent skills, knowledge and professionalism, he saved us from a nightmare on the first house. He then happened to find us the 2nd house, inspected it and we bought it. We have been in the house now for about a month, and due to Scott's thoroughness, we have had no major surprises. I highly recommend Scott Stevens inspect any property you plan to purchase.

As a Realtor, I had a home inspection performed for a buyer and had a difficult time getting the actual report. When I called the office to get the report I was told that I had to call the actual inspector. I still have not received the report 3 days later. I called the office again to let her know that I still did not have an email but that the buyer had received the email. She told me I must have missed it and it must be in my spam... I don't have the email. All I wanted was her to help, say I am sorry, let me look into this for you and get back to you with information instead of how I need to call him, I need to check my spam email, and how this isn't her job and I need to call him. Not happy with the customer service.

I had set an appointment with another company only to have them cancel at the last minute... I called Scott and he was able to come out the next day to complete the inspection before the deadline on our purchase.... I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest upfront and knowledgeable pro to complete their work.
