+ 0 moreI have telephoned this company 3-4 times in the past two weeks and never had any response!Whether or not they are STILL in business, I would have appreciated the courtesy of a return phone call.If there are some type of extenuating circumstances, I can certainly understand, but with no response at all, I can only assume that they have NO interest in any further obligation.I suggest that they be removed from Angie's List so other members do not waste their time.

+ 1 moreThey come on the day they are supposed to or call if they have to reschedule. The work is performed well - whatever I need done. Do be flexible if you want them occasionally. Their regulars DO (as they should) come first.
Description of Work: I am just new to Angie's list but have been using Carol & Kenny for years. I do not use them regularly like other cleaning services require. I can have them come and clean my entire house only when I want or need them to. They do a very thourough job and will concentrate on anything I request. They charge per person and by the hour. Not sure what their current going rate is. I also trust them to be in my house when I am not home. Kenny also mows my lawn, gleans gutters, trims bushes, etc. They are willing to do just about any kind of house or handy work.
