Bryant Heating & Cooling

2 no shows and 3 times I was told they would call me back, and never received anything. Very very FLAKEY. Save yourself some time and frustration, call another company.

Steve Briant showed up, found a bad capacitor and 15 minutes later we were ready to go. VERY REASONABLE price for the call/service. Steve is also quite an interesting personality, easy to talk to and still professional.

Steve of Bryant Heating & Cooling is the best. He has been our "go-to" HVAC person for decades. We had him install a gas furnace and a/c system in 1998, and another updated a/c system in 2012. He is super friendly and very interesting to talk with and he knows his work. He is more than fair and honest.

I made an appointment and he came out the next morning. He repaired broken wiring. Excellent work for a great price. He was also very nice and polite. I have bricks stacked in front of my gate so the dog can't push the gate open and escape. After he left, i went outside to re-stack the bricks and found that he had already re-stacked them. :) I could not be happier with the overall service. I will definitely use him again, should I have the need.

Everything went good.

They came on time. They didn't try and sell something that wasn't important. They explained the problem and what and why they were going to do the things. I would use them in the future.

They installed our heating system when the house was built and we have just always gone with them.

The job they did installing it was pretty good but thermostat does not work anymore. Their customer service is terrible. We have called them and left messages without hearing from them yet. In some things they are professional and they did show up to the job on time.
