From start to finish, Ken Bailey did an outstanding job replacing my roof. His communication was great, everything was done in a timely manner, he used high quality shingles, his crew did a quality job, and the price could not be beat. I love my new roof!

Mr. Bailey came to the house the same day I contacted him and gave me a good estimate in the range that I expected. He came the next day after I requested the work and was finished in about an hour. He replaced about 40 square feet of siding using the same make and color as the original and the job looks great, as if there never was any damage.

The provider was unresponsive and did not do the work. I found another handman to do the work....

They were very timely and professional. However, when the work was performed, it didn't turn out exactly as expected. He offered to come back and correct it, but it would have cost more money. We decided to keep the work as is for the time being.

On both occassions, Ken was very professional, curteous, punctual and fast. He showed up when he said he would and completed the repairs within a couple of hours. His price was easily 40% lower than that of other competitors I called for quotes. Now he is our and quot;go-toand quot; for home repair and handyman services.

They showed up to do the work on time. Looked at what needed to be done, and did the work. When they were done installing the fan it did not turn on... The guy explained that there was a loose switch (on the exhaust fan), but they were trying to tighten it. I guess they did because the fan started working and I paid for a job well done. A few days later the fan stopped working. I called them and they provided some troubleshooting steps: check the breaker, check the gfi in the bathroom, etc... He reminded me that there was a bad switch and I would have to buy a new one and he could come install it for me. Then he noted that he has a $150 minimum charge, but he and quot;would work with me.and quot; My wife and I agree that we do not want to pay another $150 to install a $36 exhaust fan. I'm not sure how often new things are broken out of the box, but it always seems to be me that buys it.

Baileys knocked on our door after a recent wind storm and gave a quote on the spot to replace about 80 square feet of vinyl siding that had blown off our north wall and become unusable in the process. Twenty-four hours later new siding was installed to our satisfaction. Baileys showed efficiency and effectivenss throughout. Fast and responsive communications. Fast and competent work. They take PayPal. They removed and carted away all the old siding and left the job site better than they found it. We will use them again for other handyman jobs at the house.

Ken Bailey (NOT related to the other Bailey's Home Improvement with the F rating) was going through our neighborhood and noticed some storm damage on my roof from a bad storm that ripped through here last weekend. He spoke to my wife and by the time I got home and checked out his flyer and estimate he was already down in Manasass (I'm in Leesburg). He rearranged his schedule and drove back up here as soon as we spoke and did the repairs. He didn't do the work himself, his health doesn't allow him to run around on roofs anymore, but he's got a guy with him that does all of the roof work. I hung out at the truck with him making small talk while his guy did the roof repairs. From what I saw of the work he was doing it seemed like he was doing a good job, but obviously time will tell with these things. Work is warrantied for a year, on the flyer with the estimate with dates signed for the warranty period presented as a receipt.
