+ -1 moreI don't think there was a worst part as far as what they did, but I guess we weren't sure as homeowners how difficult it would be to remove the pre-existing mirror that was there because we didn't know if it was glue or whatever. So I guess the best part was he was honest with us about - okay, if it's glued on it would be rather difficult as far as replacement. So he was pretty honest with that and it might cost a little more, but since it wasn't, he was able to replace it. I don't know, he was honest. So I guess the best part was that he was honest with the situation and what we needed to do. I don't know if that makes sense. I would say we were hoping since it was just this flat, standard, basic mirror, so I would say B for price, because we were thinking it would be lower. In their defense, we hadn't compared to other companies. We would definitely give them an A for quality. For responsiveness, they were able to have somebody come by, yes, in a timely manner. For punctuality, yes, he was on time, so an A. For professionalism, he was very professional and very knowledgeable, so an A. Can I change my rating for the pricing because I'm thinking it's the opposite now that I remember. Like my husband was thinking it would be over $500 but it came down to $300, so can I change that to an A?
Description of Work: This was for replacement of a huge mirror in the bathroom.

Description of Work: Victor, the company's most seasoned employee, replaced a window pane. He made an appointment for a specific time not a range and he arrived at that time, 9:30am. He came in did his job neatly, quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. Work is guaranteed for a year.
