+ -1 moreAmerican Floors Service was very fast in getting the flooring products in. They worked with us around our hectic schedule to schedule the install dates. Dennis and his team arrived punctually and worked diligently and professionally. His crew was very professional, courteous and hard working. After each installation they cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash. Dennis was very accomodating to a few design changes we made during the installation process. He discussed the changes with us to ensure he understood our desires and them fully implemented. The outcome is flooring that is beautiful, durable and professionally installed. Once again we're very satisfied with the work that American Floors Service provided.
Description of Work: We decided to finish the remaining half of our basement (approximately a 20' x 40' area), using a combination of tile, engineered hardwood flooing and carpeting. The tile area consisted of a 6' x 4' area in front of the walkout patio door; the engineered wood flooring to cover 20' x 25' and the carpet 20' x 15'. We had worked with American Floors Service previously as our builder had used them as the subcontractor for the flooring when our new home was built 5 year previous. After visiting Lowes and Home Depot, we decided to contact Dennis and look at his flooring selection and discuss our plans. As always, Dennis was very helpful and knowledgeable assisting us in finalizing our plans and picking out the products that met our desires.

+ -1 moreIt went really well. We were very pleased with his work. He is very meticulous and wanted to do a good job. They were on time and finished the job when they were supposed to.
