Bianca and her associate did an outstanding job! They worked tirelessly cleaning our house from top to bottom. When they were done the house sparkled. She was very friendly, professional, flexible, and hard working. She brought her own equipment but said she could use our equipment if we preferred. The price couldn't have been better. Everyone looks for something different with a maid company. I prefer the fact that with Bianca, we get the same cleaner every time, I can deal directly with a person rather than an impersonal company, and she is somewhat flexible with our cleaning requests. She even ironed several shirts for me while she was there!!!! I look forward to using her services again in the future. We couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: Bianca and her associate performed a complete cleaning of our house, top to bottom. We have a fairly large house with 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. This was an initial cleaning with follow-up cleaning scheduled biweekly at a reduced rate.

She has more than fifteen years of experience and she is insured and licensed. She's friendly, caring, and hardworking. She goes up towards the DC area. She's able to do extra things for me as I'm a little handicapped, it's a great help.
Description of Work: She does housecleaning services for me. I've had her for two years, she is very honest. She comes and does free estimates.
