Mr Mills responded promptly to my email, came by the same day, fee was very reasonable, and work was done within 2 days.

Earlier, in December for $250 cleared the 1.9 acre yard of leaves. Had to request a follow-up visit as one small area of yard didn't have leaves fully blown into neighboring woods. When they came back they cleared that area and recleared the driveway and other edging around the yard, going way beyond expectations.

We called Steve Mills to handle our "pre-landscaping" needs. He responded quickly and met me at the house to do an estimate almost immediately. This home is one we purchased to renovate with the intention of resale. It was in a horrible state. We knew the neighbors would appreciate having it look decent asap. Steve came in and did basic cleanup. Leaves, gutters, removed some small dead trees and some shrubs. I say basic, but that doesn't really cover it. The holly bush he removed was probably 4' tall, and 8' x 5' wide. The house looks amazing! When I told him how great of a job he did he said "it helps when you have a crew that really cares about the quality of the job they do." That says it all for me. Without question we will contact Affordable Lawn and Landscaping to do our final landscaping before the house goes on the market.

My original intent was to recall the company I had used earlier in the year and had been extremely pleased with their service. Thinking it was Affordable Lawn Service I called, left a message and had the call returned within 20 minutes. It turned out that this was not the company I had used but they were happy to come out and chat with me. Within an hour of my leaving a message, Affordable had returned my call and had a crew on site. A++ for responsiveness! There was a slight misunderstanding on my part, estimate vs doing, but after hearing the price and what it would include -- mowing, edging, weed eating and clean up -- they were hired on the spot. All was completed within 45 minutes with a crew of three to include the owner -- Steve Mills. Fast! Besides being fast, the team was also polite and professional. If I had any downsides to report it would be that since they do not bag all clippings I'm now left with the task of trying to get the grass out of the raised/flower beds - their blowing them would have also blown the mulch. Other than that it's the same issue I write for most any lawn service -- why not pick up the small sticks and tree debris and throw it away for the customer? Doing so would be like adding the flame to birthday candle. As an aside, I just noticed that Affordable offers a first-time Angie's customer 10% discount. Seems we all missed that. Summary: I would have no hesitation hiring them again.

It went great! Very professional. I highly recommend this company. Steve is very punctual and adaptive to changes through the job. His staff was extremely courteous and hard working. I will be using these guys in the future.

The front of my house looks a lot better know then when I moved in several years ago. When they arrived we briefly discussed what would be the best course for what I needed. I wasn't really sure what I needed so they recommended trimming the three fat evergreens to look somewhat appealing. I had them pull two bushed that where in-between the three evergreens to give them more space. They trimmed the evergreens in the back so that the ants won't find there way to the house. The tree in the front was covering the side walk that leeds to my front door. They trimmed the tree so know the UPS or Fedex guys have some where to walk when dropping off packages at my front door. This whole project started so I could be in compliance with the HOA. I think my house looks better than any other house on the block. I'm very grateful and appreciate the great work Affordable Lawn Care did and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Great customer service. They were reliable and they were efficient. I was very happy with them.

It went well. There were some issues with my cable service but that was not their fault. They were done when they told me they would be done. There was a question that I had when the gentleman came out to review the work. He agreed two other sprinklers had to be installed; they came out right away and did that. They cleaned up very well. They were even kind enough to move a heavy planter that had to be removed. Their gentlemen were very polite. So far, so good. I haven't used the system yet, but as far as the installation went they've been responsive to my questions and concerns.

I am satisfied with the services. I would use them again.
