John the owner provided a professional and honest assessment and price. After interviewing 3 other HVAC companies, I found AES quoted the best price for the system I selected. No gimmicks, just a fair price. John was helpful and answered all of my questions. He worked with my schedule for the installation. I did not feel pressured to to have the work done before I was comfortable with the timeframe. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the install quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and took the time to answer my questions and explain the new system I purchased. Last but certainly not least, the admin person Cat(Kat) was very friendly and helpful in explaining the purchase process and keeping me informed. She even called after the installation was complete to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. By the way, I was given a 2 year service agreement. More than the others offered without paying extra. I would highly recommend AES.

I'm really impressed with the quality and honesty of the company and staff. They completely went over every step. When above and beyond what I expected. Before my unit was installed the motor broke and they helped me out until the new unit was installed.

The guys that came out did an excellent job installing my new heat pump! They arrived on time, their suggestions and advice were very helpful, and the install took less time than expected. When they finished, they cleaned up, went over the features of the new system and gave advice on care and maintenance. Nice to find guys that take pride in their work!

Jon came very quickly after my request. His work was good and having a humidifier is great! No more sore noses. I was very happy and would tell anyone with heating and air concerns to call him!

I am very happy with John Smith and looking forward to having my HVAC system replaced next week John and Kat Smith provided exemplary services and the HVAC professionals, Jon, David, Carl, and Dustin did a wonderful job of replacing my HVAC system, installing a humidifier (yes, I recommend this for anyone!), and water heater replacement. They also installed new water spigots outside my townhouse. They explained the process in easily understood language and their bid proposal was the most comprehensive bid I received from 5 companies. I found their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction to be refreshing and reflects their integrity as a company. They assisted me in securing additional financing and made this a very easy process. I will use them again for future projects and look forward to a long term relationship with all of them. Theirs follow through and commitment to their word to deliver all of their services is a model for other HVAC companies

Unlike another provider whom I did not hire, arrived exactly on time for the site survey. Worksite in Spotslyvania, VA, and I live in Arnold, MD, so about a 2 hr drive for me. Had a firm proposal within 24 hours, install was scheduled that day. On install day, technician arrived exactly on time, following all COVID precautions. Work was completed in slightly less time than he projected. Quality of the work was first rate. Left the house and area surrounding the work - install new heat pump outdoor unit and indoor unit in attic - cleaner than when they started. All three technicians who worked the project were just terrific. Friendly, respectful of the property, very informative. They made sure I understood the improvements they'd made to the ancillary portions of the system (e.g. drain pan and condensate drains from the attic), and worked through the new thermostat details as well. Everyone I'm came in contact with from Advanced Environment Solutions was professional, responsive and were truly interested in making sure I got what I needed. There is one other reason why I would implicitly trust these folks. When the president of the company (John Smith) came out to do the estimate, he carefully explained the various levels of the systems that would match the house. He did NOT try to "upsell" me on a system that was more expensive than the property warranted. He carefully explained the technical benefits of proposed upgrades to the drain systems and the need to install a path from the attic entrance to the interior unit for safety (agreed immediately). I'm a licensed mechanical engineer, and his explanations were complete and accurate. In sum, a highly professional company, exacting standards of technical performance, they listen to their customers and their integrity is unmatched.

Responsive, helpful, patient, and effective! Company was able to come out same day to fix my heating system and worked with myself and my home warranty for payment. Job well done! I will definitely use again if I have any other issues.

Initially, I was so impressed with this company. The owner of the company arrived in 20 minutes of my calling on a Friday (yes, I urged them). They were so accommodating. The estimate came in very quickly and was reasonable. By the following Monday, my new system was installed. They followed up to make sure I was happy and were extremely thorough in making sure everything was just right. This is my new HVAC company for all 4 of my heat pumps. Followup: I called them in the Spring '21 and I was assured they would give me a "good price" on the checkup of 3 systems. (You know, customer loyalty and all that). I even called when I didn't get the bill after 10 days. When I received the bill, it was $375. I texted the owner's wife about the high bill and never heard back. Check ups usually run $59 to $99. I will be calling someone else in the future. Very disappointed.

Very professional and respectful of the Covid situation. My problem solved in less than one hour.

Advanced Environment System techs arrived on time, however, the estimator spec'ed 1" pipe. I had 1 1/4" pipes. As a result, the job took 1 1/2 days verses 1 day as quoted because additional parts were required. Work was completed and the installation was very neat, pipes were insulated and system is working with no issues so far.

Professional and friendly

AES was able to quote and replace the complete HVAC system within my home in two days. John the sales manager was able to provide me multiple options for replacing my system that fit my budget. Jeff and Carl arrived ontime for the install and professional. I plan on using AES for all of my future HVAC needs and definitely would refer to anyone in need of an new installation.

I needed a new home AC system and AES was quick and professional! I had an estimate the same day within a couple of hours from my initial contact. A technician came the next morning to install a temporary portable unit. Two days later a team of technicians showed up on time and immediately got to work. The install went perfectly. My only complaint is that the system works too good! I actually had to bump the thermostat up a couple of degrees. I don't think I've ever had contract work go so smoothly! Great company. I definitely would recommend them to others.
