AES provided us with a portable A/C Unit until our new order was ready, it took about 3 weeks, but they checked on us and let us know when it came in, they also drove and picked it up to avoid additional days in delay. Would definitely call them again.

I don't believe the price of an A/C is their fault but the inflation that was caused by the COVID-19 shutdown. $6,100.00 for a/c is hard to swallow.

They went above & beyond customer service by driving to Richmond to pick up my a/c unit themselves so I could be guaranteed a speedy installation.

I did a lot of research regarding a procurement of a new Heat Pump System for my residence and after talking with over 6 vendors, i was very lucky to have come across AES for this important procurement of a heat pump for my residence. I met with Kat and John the owners of AES and they were so very kind and professional and extremely honest on a variety of issues regarding my needs for procuring the heat pump. There prices were extremely fair and reasonable and the installers they sent were right on time, Dustin and John were extremely professional and their manners were sincerely fantastic!! They did an exceptional job of removing the old unit and installing the new unit and were extremely clean on the removal and installation of my new unit! John an Dustin took their time in explaining every detail of the unit and assisted me on loading the app on my phone to control my WONDERFUL NEW HEAT PUMP!! I received top-notch service from the very beginning to the end. Meeting with John for the quote, he was very knowledgeable and showed me my options without being pushy with the sale. We even spoke several other times before deciding to go with him as he was willing to answer any and all questions my husband and I had. Kat was wonderful, friendly yet still professional. She kept me informed as our unit took longer than expected to come in due to COVID. All the techs that arrived on install day were so polite and respected my home as if it were theirs. Best experience I have ever had with any contractor. John Smith’s assessment and proposal was very clear, concise and reasonable. Kat handled scheduling very efficiently from their office. She is very personable. The crew arrived and finished on time. They were respectful and did a professional, thorough job. They have earned any future plumbing/HVAC work I may need.

The owner is a hands on guy and it was evident in his communication and actions that customer satisfaction was hugely important. With other companies' proposals, sales folks had little info on installers' procedures, With AES, I got a pitch from the owner. By the way, he beat 3 other companies recommended by home repair sites by 15% on the price of identical components!Thus far my interaction w AES has been excellent!

Customer service was awesome. They wore booties when in the house and layed down tarp in the areas they worked. They also wore masks and kept to CDC recommendations. Awesome group!
