I contacted AES to solve an ongoing humidity problem in my home. John Smith came out to see the problem and my concerns and we discussed solutions, budget, and he had a quote emailed to me later that evening. After some exchanges, he offered several quotes for a complete system install as well as al la carte add ons I could review at various price points within my budget. From quote acceptance to install everything moved very quickly, and the install was performed in the same week. I had one concern the day after install and the entire team came out and resolved the issue perfectly. I plan to sign up for their ongoing maintenance plan to keep my system running smoothly. Note they have provided me with favorable financing options that were offered by my bank.

Our heat pump was not cooling the house properly. I requested quotes from contractors I found on HomeAdvisor.com website. Emilio from AES contacted me and he came over to look at the unit. He explained the various types of heat pump they offer and their prices. AES was reasonable on the price and responsive so I decided to go with them. They came to install the unit at the time they said they would and finished on time. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We needed a new AC unit installed in our attic. We requested quotes from 3 companies and didn't get any call backs. I found AES and spoke to Kat (who is awesome by the way) and she had John (owner) come out same day! John is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and the price was great. Our install was completed 1 day later. The crew of 3 arrived on time (10 mins early) and were efficient, courteous and professional. We could not be more happy with their service and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked until the job was done. They moved the heat pump to where I wanted it. and were very neat and did a great job. It turned out great and made the Big difference from the old heat pump and air handler. I will use them again!

I recenlty turned on my AC and soon realized cold air was not coming out. Having been through this before I was not looking forward to calling someone out to take a look. I have had other companies come out and take one look at the neighborhood or zip code and figure they could jack up the prices on some pretty simple repairs. A friend recommended AES. I game them a call and Kat was awesome. She was nice, informative and punctual. If she says she will call you back, she will call you back. She had us scheduled within a week and that was only due to the weather (they prefer a warm day to test the AC). The technician, John, arrived on-time and was great. After i gave him a brief rundown of the issue as i saw it he went to work and diagnosed the problem. Now this is what i like, he gave multiple options and discussed the pros/cons of each one. I asked for a quote with different equipment options and had and email within a few hours. We were able to review the quotes, do our own research and make a decision that very day. We were even able to call John and ask questions before making our descision. We didn't have to wait days for an outrageous quote for some of those big-time national companies! The quote and approval process was completely online and Kat keeps you well informed. We had our new unit installed today...less than 7 days after I initially called them. The price was great, the service was outstanding and the install timeframe was amazing! If you are looking for a simple service or a whole new system install, I highly recommend AES!

I hired them for my new home construction project. They installed all the ductwork and equipment including a mini-split for my garage. The price they quoted was fair compared to the competitors in my area so I hired them. They did everything they said they would and more. It has been six months and everything has passed all inspections and is functioning better than expected. I interacted mostly with Kat. She is GREAT! She has your back during the install. Everyone I dealt with at AES was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They work as a team. It was like dealing with a family. The quality of work and dedication to customer service is awesome. In retrospect, the price they quoted was fantastic for what I received!! I WILL CONTACT THEM FOR MY NEXT PROJECT and I recommend you do too!!

AES responded to a leak in my basement. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. They are true professionals. The job was completed correctly, efficiently and with excellent care. Honesty and integrity.

Overall great experience! My brother and I have spent the last year working off the ultimate honey-do task, remodeling the basement. I requested a quote here on Home Advisor and received a call within the hour from AES to schedule it. John was in the area and came out that evening. As he walked through the workspace and listened to my overall plan for my basement, he advised me on ways to save myself time and money. Their quote for HVAC ductwork and plumbing came in below the other vendors, and his walkthrough gave me the confidence that they fully understood the plan and could perform the work. The workmanship was superb, and the professionalism of the crew was terrific. I would gladly recommend them to anyone and will use them again as I tackle the remaining honey-do tasks.

This Company is great and I requested a job on Sunday and they came out Monday morning and install my A/C and coil. All the Gentlemen were nice and courteous and explain to me very thoroughly of the job they were going to do for the installation of the A/C. A job well done second to none--Definitely will refer this company to my Friends and Colleagues. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
