+ -1 moreHad the system less than a year and they've been out to service it at least a dozen times. Mostly poor quality sensors and inexperienced installers (e.g. not installing the right part, . But the monitoring system went down entirely and they said they couldn't get a technician to the house for 10 days! They are fast to dispatch installers, but when you need to get the system running its another story. Better to spend more and go with a quality company. ( As for price, as I found out, their local rep, undercut everyone else's price to get the sale, but later installers all said what he sold me was inadequate to protect the house.)
