+ -1 moreJob was supposed to begin in 2 weeks and be completed in a month. It took 13 months. Cost escaladed over contract price. Some of this was due to code requirements not included in contract. A contractor should know the code for a job he quotes. Everytime we contacted him, there were excuses and a promise to begin in 2 weeks. In the end he wanted additional money to complete the skirting. We said NO, enough was enough.
Description of Work: Job was to rebuild 2nd floor deck and enclose underneath as a screen room for a hot tub. Room was to have double doors to replace hot tub if need be. It does not. Under the screen room floor was supposed to be enclosed with skirting, it is not.
