AAA Tree Service

AAA was awesome. They worked so well together and wasted no time. Cut tree, stacked wood, carried off branches, grinded stump and cleaned up. Price was best of estimates. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

After getting quotes from 7 different tree removal companies in early October, we settled on AAA tree service. We chose them for a few reasons. First because of the fair price. One of the other companies quote was twice what AAA quoted. Second was because when I walked the area with Mr. Santos he not only took notes as to what I wanted, but also marked a few of the trees so that there would be no mistakes. Third, Mr. Santos told me up front the earliest date he would be available to do the job. Fourth, he had his insurance companies name and phone number on the estimate so I could call if I wanted to check if his insurance was current. Fifth, our yard is a little moist, all the other companies said they had to drive heavy equipment onto it which would leave rutts. I know because I drove my Frontier pickup on it and it did. AAA used a hand cart with wide tires and hauled every log away with it or by hand. And lastly, we told every company that came out that we would not be picking a contractor until the end of the week. Mr. Santos was the only one to call and check if we had made a decision. His crew was supposed to start at 8 AM. They were on sight at 7:30 getting everything ready. We thought this job would take all day. The 4 trees we were having removed were quite large. One had to be close to 80 feet tall. Let me tell you these guys worked so well together and so efficiently that they had the whole job done in 5 hours. 10 trees trimmed and 4 taken down. If you need tree work, this is the company you want to call.

Great. We asked for them to leave the wood chips which we used on our paths and sloping edges for water control. They were very courteous, prompt and we will definitely use this company again. We have a large yard and this team was very fast.

Santos and his men are an efficient and professional. One hour and the trees were down. Another hour and a half all that remained was sawdust. These guys are good. Really good. Loved the results and loved the price. Absolutely recommend AAA Tree Service to anyone for any job.

It went very well. The men who were cutting were very detailed and practice good safety not only for both properties but for themselves especially removing tree limbs around power lines.

Santos and his crew were professional and very skilled. My townhouse neighbors and I needed trees removed from a wooded area behind us, after we had a near miss in a recent storm. These trees had grown to tower over our homes (my townhouse is four stories above ground). I was amazed by his crew's ability to drop huge trees "on a dime". Because of the topography, they weren't able to use the bucket truck, and had to chainsaw them at the base and use lines to topple them. They were so skilled and meticulous I never had one moment of concern. And his rates are totally affordable. Don't sign anything until you get a bid from AAA Tree Service!

Well done. On time. Did it quickly - in less than two hours. Cut large trunk pieces into manageable sizes 1-2 feet in length. Did everything they could to avoid any damage to my property and neighbor's property. Price is about good/average for the job. Insured and bonded so I wasn't concerned about anything happening. Cleaned up the yard including the driveway.

AAA means AAA. Everything about them was right. On-time. Done quickly but safely. Very pleasant. Made sure the removal didn't damage the house. Cut up the tree when I didn't expect that. Cleaned up all debris on driveway afterword. Price was reasonable / excellent for the work they did.

GREAT JOB!

Although there was no confirmation/reminder call prior to the scheduled date, they showed up on time. They did not ask where I wanted the cut wood and balked when I asked them to move it off of my grass. They did eventually comply, but not without complaining about it. The cleanup was adequate, but not great. For the price, I would hire again.

AAA Tree Service was very responsive, professional, and offered a great price to remove a VERY large pine tree and trim up a maple tree too close to the house. They were quick and professional - the way a service company should be!

I called several companies on Angie's List. One company returned my call 3 days later, another did not respond at all, and yet another company I called was rather rude, stated that it would be 2 weeks until they could even quote the job and then another 4 months until they could even take it down due to the holidays. (I called the end of October mind you.) Santo's on the other hand was very quick to respond to my initial call (same day) and was able to come out the same day for a quote. He was very friendly, professional and prompt as was his team that returned as scheduled and right on time. The job was completed exactly as promised and the price was fair compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend this company for these reasons.

All work was performed on time and on the agreed upon date. The company performed up to their usual high standards. Work was performed without any snags and the work area was cleaned up afterwards.

This was the second time I had them come out. They were very polite and professional and were willing to discuss removing another tree at a reduced cost because we were already removing other trees. I don't have a whole lot of experience with the overall pricing, I believe he was the only one we had an estimate come out. They cut the tree into manageable segments and moved them where we asked them to, in the back of the yard. So that was helpful. I had to call him for something and he got right back to me.
