A & B Painting

Perfect job on the painting of the exterior of our house. Made the necessary repairs and added a bit of molding around our door which looks great. The only problem, if you call it that, is that Julio suggested we strip down and seal our deck. They were unable to strip the paint completely after numerous attempts. The look is a little rough but an improvement over what we had. Very prompt, courteous and professional throughout the process.

A&B Painting came out to do a cost estimate, Julio was very courteous and professional. We look over several color palletes that were available and finally made our selections. Thus the painting began, the colors actually came out much brighter than we anticipated and there were some spots that had to be repainted. While I did appreciate Julio's willingness to come back to finish up anything we were not pleased with I did not want to go through the process of calling him back several times as this would have been the case. We were just moving into the home and wanted to get on with our lives not rescheduling the painters to return to touchup.

Julio is probably the MOST professional contractor I have met. From the time he arrived at my house (was ON TIME) until he left, I was impressed. Walking through my home, Julio informed me up front of all the work he was planning to do. That evening, Julio sent me an estimate (in PDF format) via email with the detailed price and work description. After shopping around, Julio met the lowest price provided by another contractor and completely painted my home (very high quality and a great job) in less than 4 days.
