He was totally unprofessional on the phone that I decided not to have to service the unit period. I would think again before calling the company.

I called Roger Rooter in quite a panic as my sump pump was malfunctioning and water was everywhere in my basement. He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation. He was very quick to respond, came to my home right away. He and his assistant were quite professional and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their assessment of the cause of the leakage and were able to make the repair immediately. The quality of their products were top notch and at a fair price. I also was concerned with a recent outdoor faucet that had been replaced and asked if he could verify if it was installed properly. He checked the faucet and the value and gave me advise on how to maintain a safe faucet from the elements. I would highly recommend this plumber and will In fact use him again in the future, if need be.

My basement sump pump died and Roger came out the same day I placed the call. He was running a bit late in the evening but he was a trooper enough to keep his word! He replaced the sump pump with a top brand (Zoeller) and all was completed in one visit. The price was $395, but after the Angie's List $50 off coupon, it ended up being $345. Based on my research, it's the right price. Very pleased and would hire again for future plumbing issues.

Great. They arrived sooner then expected-waited while someone else gave us a bid then quoted us a price less than that of the other company.

I had requested the work to be done at my mother's house, but to bill me. I called a few plumbers for pricing. Given the location is a bit out of the way, I found some added travel charges. Mr. Richards had the best price, and he didn't charge extra for travel. He was able to schedule the work quickly, and arrived ahead of schedule. I was not onsite to view the work completed, but the remarks from my mother included: - Work was performed very professionally - Cleanup after job was completed was perfect - Very courteous and helpful (removed old water heater, even though typical in cases of existing replacements onsite) - He came all the way from WV, and still didn't charge for travel Lots of satisfaction all around!

The new toilet works great! No leaks.. and my dishwasher no longer leaks under the sink or the machine itself. It is so nice not to have towels on the kitchen floor.

Good experience would not hesitate to call if more work is needed

I called and spoke to Roger 2 days prior to him coming out and he set a time I was available on Friday. He also called and confirmed the appointment and when he was on his way. When he arrived he gave me an estimate of what it would cost and went right to work even though it was late in the day. Before he replaced my kitchen faucet his employee found a broken cut off valve and let me inspect it myself. Roger himself also encouraged me to watch as he repaired the washers in the handle in my upstairs shower. He said I was in luck as my handles were old enough that they could be repaired and not replaced which may have cost upwards $150 more to tear out a piece of the wall and replace them. He even stated I know this may put me out of a job in the future but he wanted me to know I could do this job myself in the future and save some money and he wanted me to learn how. Honesty like that is hard to find these days. Another plumber who had come by earlier in the day said they could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. He was done in about an hour and cleaned up everything and tested the faucets and everything was better than ever. Besides the price and the professionalism, Here is the best thing about the whole experience. About 5 days later Roger called personally and asked if everything was still good to go. WOW! a follow up call. When is the last time someone has done that? I would without a doubt recommend Roger and 3-D Roger Rooter Plumbing for any plumbing need you have. Great prices that blow out the competition with superior service as well. Thanks Roger!
