They suck. I now no longer have excessive ice that forms on the inside of the house. I only have excessive condensation with the slight amount of ice. That was problem four. The driveway was problem three. Problem one was for a water source bubbling up out of the yard. It was a brand new house. And then in six months they were like, "Not our problem. Somebody must have hit it digging." We've almost gone to court twice. It was all part of the original construction that occurred in December of 2013. Some employees were great. President of the company is the problem.
Description of Work: They tried, for the fourth time, to fix the windows.

We had to move the house a few feet due to property lines. They finished the house but didn't change the pitch of the approach of the driveway. We are not able to drive straight p the driveway or even park two cars on it at once. We tried to get them to fix this issue, but they are refusing to do so. It is a easy fix for them to do.
Description of Work: Built a home for us.

Not well. House sited poorly on 3.5 acre lot resulted in no tree line to screen the house from neighbors (a 30 foot shift would have made all the difference). Requests for replacement trees unanswered for over two years despite promises to address. Close proximity to extreme left side of lot resulted in restricted entry turning radius into end load garage. Site landscaping contours removed nearly all topsoil (despite assurances) and created excessively steep/narrow swales that channeled runoff water into rapid rivers instead of wide, shallow slow moving runoff areas. Sod planted on top of rocks that created dead spots in summer. Seeding areas that never grew despite in-ground sprinkler for watering (repeated requests to hydroseed like adjacent neighbor unanswered). Shrubs and trees planted in small clay holes that prevented drainage, drowning plants roots in water (all but two removed and replanted). Drywall hung on wet, green studs that created literally hundreds of screw pops that were then poorly repaired (requiring me to fix them a second time). Busted plumbing vent pipes in the basement and an unfinished area of busted concrete under the basement bathtub and unsecured plumbing pipes in walls (all subsequently repaired by Augustine under close supervision). Shoe molding improperly installed. Torn carpet mats installed and repaired with painter's masking tape. Four (4) trips to remove and replace improperly installed wooden flooring. Improperly sized, bargain basement HVAC system (too large), howled excessively and was both inefficient and ineffective. Eight trips and more phone calls and more phone calls than I can count resulted in a "repair" that didn't fix the problem and violated building code. After involvement with county inspectors and much wrangling, (and more money) HVAC system replaced with an efficient, correctly sized model. (I have photo and/or video documentation of each of these issues). I've managed to fix nearly every problem that I can and I can say that this is now almost the house I paid for, though it has cost me immeasurably in time and frustration (not to mention financially). If you're going to buy a house from these guys you better have a lot of time to supervise and do your homework in advance on what is required, versus what they plan to do. As one other online review noted, most buyers don't want to comment as their afraid it will affect resale (it won't if you supervise and fix their work)
Description of Work: Constructed a single family home.
