Not good. S W Rawls is now Modern Oil located in Smithfield and Franklin. Our gas pack stopped blowing heat and we called them to take a look. I was home the day of the visit. Was told by the technician the heat exchanger needed to be replaced and the fan blades were rusted. An estimator came out later in the day and said the cost of repairs were just as much as a new unit. Cost of a new unit - $5,500. We called another company for a second opinion, but scheduled it for a day my husband could be home. Guess what? The problem was a control switch. $188.00 parts & service. We will never call Modern Oil again

It was a mechanical problem that was broken down, and they fixed it and got it running for us. They came out on a Sunday when we had a snow storm to fix this problem for us.
Description of Work: They did some serious work on our HVAC system on our home.
