Description of Work: They inspected the exterior (i.e., house wrap and water damage) of all the windows in my house. I was then informed of areas that needed to be rewrapped and/or have repairs made to fix areas that had moisture damage. After the inspection was complete it was very difficult to schedule the company in order for them to perform the repairs. I am now trying to get a report from them so I can contract another company to do the repairs and they are giving me the run around.
