"Shalena was very pleasant and flexible when trying to coordinate the cleaning with the repairs that were needed in the house. She had requested travel expenses because of where the house was located even though it was stated in the request. She wanted those funds before she would leave her house. I sent her the travel funds May 7 in the evening. She told me she would be there by 4 am but at 8 am she contacted me and said due to the weather she hadn't left yet. She arrived about 1020 am on May 8. At 103 I received a text saying she was done and the remainder of the payment was due. I asked her for pictures as she said she would take before and after pictures. In the meantime I had an in home salesperson come to measure windows for my new home. Ms Page called several times demanding immediate payment. My husband had answered the phone and told her I was with someone and I'd call her when I was done. She was very unprofessional with my husband which triggered him. She did send photos and what I saw looked good. I promptly paid the balance when I finished with my salesperson. On May 9 we decided to come check out the drywall repairs we had done and the cleaning. Very disappointed with both but we'll stick with the cleaning. The gloves are not swept, mopped or vacuumed. The bathrooms were not cleaned. The baseboards and walls were not wiped down. Very disappointed. I've contacted Ms Page and she said I only paid for a basic cleaning not deep cleaning. My house was bigger than she thought even though I said it was a 2 story with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. I'm not sure what I paid gor but it sure wasn't for a house cleaning to make it presentable for potential buyers. I am cleaning what needs to be done myself now which I shouldn't have to do. Just glad we only moved 65 miles away so we could come back and check on it. I told her from the beginning that itI was embarrassed with the condition so the dirtiness should not have been a surprise. She could have asked more questions but she didn't. Very disappointed and I would not recommend her to anyone."
