He cut me off when I was simply reiterating the (nonsensical) statement he’d just made about what needed to be done with my fireplace. He had zero ability to read the room to understand my displeasure at our interaction, because he suggested I reach out if I need something else! Mind you, he didn’t fix my problem. He said he would ordinarily fix the issue, but suggested I call a different company instead, since they manufactured my parts and lo and behold, they can’t help me! I’ll be going with a different company. Do not waste your time. No personality, courtesy or punctuality."
