The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

I just purchased this home.These gutters were full, in fact plants were growing out of them. Now they are clear of debris. Price was more than fair. What else can I say. I'll be calling them for next cleaning.

It was fine. There was nothing great but nothing bad. I think they did a good job. We had a little bit of trouble getting connected.

Jeremiah and his brother came and did a thorough job of cleaning my gutter. The price was incredibly reasonable. My front gutters were extremely full of leaves and ice and they did a great job. One of my gutters was not draining properly which I was unaware of. They fixed this gutter at no extra charge and for a finishing touch blew all the debris from my very large driveway. I signed up to have them come twice a year

It went very well. The team that arrived was courteous, professional, and (most importantly) competent. In particular, their attention to gutter attachment angles resulted in much better drainage than I'd had before.

I am extremely happy with their services. Not only did they clean the gutters, but they told me about an injured deer in my back yard and then helped animal control to dispose of it.

I called these guys because they had great reviews on Angie's List. Unfortunately, their customer service is horrible. I'm in Virginia and talked with Jeremiah who said he was going to do an estimate based on an aerial photo of my house he had access to online. Never heard from Jeremiah again, and I left numerous (at least 3) voicemails for him, trying to get an estimate. I finally called their corporate headquarters in New York. Spoke with the rep there and she said she'd look into it. Nothing happend for a week. So I call up there AGAIN and ask to speak with the company president this time. I believe that the person I spoke with this time said she was the office manager. I relayed my experience with Jeremiah and she promised he'd call me. He finally did call, and left a lame-a** excuse about how my house was "on the edge of their service area" and that they couldn't do the job. Really? Well that's good news because I wasn't going to hire you guys for the job anyway given your poor service just to get an estimate. Would love to hear any further response from the company trying to refute my claims because they don't have a leg to stand on in this instance.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional with all aspects of the service. Everyone involved was very polite and accommodating to my schedule.

They came out and assessed our problem. We were looking for someone to install guards to keep the leaves and debris out and fix the overflow problem. They offered us three types of guards to select from. The same brother who quoted the job arrived on the appointed day and did all the work himself. He installed the guard we selected and improved the slope of our gutters. The design of the new guard also helps keep our gutters from sagging. We do not have problems with the gutters overflowing even during the heaviest of rains.

Crew of two did a fine job of blowing out and cleaning gutters on the front and back of the house, also checked the downspouts for proper water flow. Repaired a section of the gutter on the back of the house that was pulled loose by reattaching it with stronger and better hardware. Then installed Rhino Gutter Guards so we will never have to climb a ladder to clean those gutters ever again !

Pros - $480 special on Angie's list for Rhino Guard - After looking at my house they recommended replacing my gutters and off shoots for rain - They came when they said they would and performed the work in a timely manner - They used high quality materials for the gutters, Rhino guard, and off shoots Cons -A little pricey for everything, but it was worth it since my gutters don't leak when it rains now -Had some issues with them receiving my debit card payment, but if I could do it over I would just write them a check online since I already paid $480 on Angie's list. Overall - I would recommend them and use them again if I needed anything.

I purchased service from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters from an Angie's discounted email for gutter cleaning and leaf guard installation. Since my back gutters are always getting clogged with leaves from our pecan tree, I purchased the gutter guards for the back of the house only. The company also cleaned my gutters, and they did a wonderful job. They told me to call them if I had any problems with the installation of the guards, and I truly believe they would return to fix any complaints I have. They were extremely professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up the site before they left. If I decide to get guards for the front of the house, I will definitely call them first.

Provider did what they said they would, when they would and at the agreed upon cost. Service personnel were courteous, well-mannered and knew what they were doing,

A real, live person answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. I didn't have to leave a message and wait and wonder whether I would get a call back. She was pleasant, competent and scheduled our appointment. They were right on time and called ahead to confirm the appointment. They were efficient and cleaned up the area after completing the job. They were knowledgeable and gave us a good price estimate to replace the old gutters. Would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Very slow to come and give a quote. Other companies came quicker.

First day crew was delayed because prior job/ clouds/weather. So was only able to install several small sections and measure and cut other sections to have ready to install, Was told they would not be back to finish until Friday as that was day set aside to complete jobs. I felt my start time was delayed due to weather and prior job so that my job could not be finished in one day as told to me when scheduling the job. I felt this was really unfair to me as the 1st schedule job of the week, that thenmy job would not be completed until the last day of week(thereby taking full 5days to complete). The other people schedule that week would have theirs on time but not mine which was scheduled 1st. I let them know that that policy should be told to persons up front so that is understood (accepted at beginning) However I will say they did respond, and informed me they would be back and finish my job on Wednesday 7/3/13. I am not sure if because I commented about policy or because Thursday was July 4th. They did come first thing on Wednesday and completed the work very well. They did a very good job (everything looks very nice and well done). I am very pleased with quality of work. I am very glad that they did complete sooner than having me wait from Monday to Friday to have completed.

They didn't have as good of a warranty as the other company. The leaf guard they had wasn't as tight as the other company either. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and very professional. The only reason I went with the other company was because they gave a lifetime warranty. He came out a few minutes after I called him.
