 + -1 moreI thought they did fine. There were no issues. I would recommend them. I used them several years ago to do some tile cleaning on tile floors where they clean the grout and reseal it. I do remember because it was well over $300 and I thought it was just outrageously expensive for just a regular old home owner. I can't afford that so I never used them for that again. I sure would like to but it was way too expensive for a service. I think they were on time.

Description of Work: Picked up area rugs. Gave estimate and said they would call when got to shop to clean. Never did. Delivered on date asked to. Thought price was high. Also, did not get out pet stains and odor. Said they treated twice. After a couple of weeks, did not feel particularly clean.

 + -1 moreExcellent experience setting up appointment. Showed up during time expected. Did a wonderful job with all cleaning and spot removal. I was very pleased with the results and would definitely would use them again and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: cleaned carpet in 2 bedrooms, livingroom, and stairs, and cleaned and sealed ceramic tile in sunroom, kitchen, hall, and two bathrooms. Applied scotch guard to carpeted areas. Helped remove stains from bedroom that a relative that lived at the house for 6 months caused.

Description of Work: A 2 man team responded promptly, were on time, & friendly. They moved my cleared off furniture (all of it!) and then put it back in a different arrangement for me! Work: pre-treated w/ stain remover, steam cleaned 3 rooms, 2 sets of stairs & 2 hallways + I bought 2 products for spot treat & odor removal to use later. Was pleased with service & would definitely use them again. ALL the spots (drinks, dog stains, general dirt) except wear areas were CLEAN when they left! Incidentally, I took a large area rug over to their store once, they cleaned it on both sides and I picked it up the same week--very good job there, too.

 + -1 moreI requested service 10 days or so in advance. However, I would have been able to get service the same day if I had been able to do that. The techs, Will and Chad, arrived promptly on the requested day of service. I needed to make a change to my service order - that was not a problem. The guys were great. They got right to work and my townhome's carpet was clean and fresh very quickly. I believe the charges were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this carpet cleaning service again.

 + -1 moreThey came in and treated the stains first, then put on their booties to protect the carpet from their shoes. We had bought this house and didn't know if the stains and dirt would come out. The carpets cleaned up as good as new!

 + 0 moreThe workers arrived on time and were dressed professionally. They pulled their equipment through the garage and into the house, starting at the furthest point and working their way out. Before actually starting the cleaning, they put small blocks of plastic or poly sheet under the furniture legs so they wouldn't get wet. They worked their way around the beds, using a wand to get underneath them somewhat. The upholstery cleaning looks like vacuuming, but it really works well to clean. The furniture looks like new once the work is done, even after it dries. I will use these folks again, no question.
Description of Work: I've used these folks several times through the years. They're always wonderful. They set up their truck in the driveway, and then pulled long hoses through the house to provide the cleaning fluid and vacuum away the fluid and dirt. They used special cleaning heads for my rugs and upholstery in the den, and all of the carpeting upstairs.
