+ -1 moreWe received several bids and selected Sidney B. Allen Builder because of their reputation and compatibility with builder. Builder has long-term relationships with the subs and manages them very well. The building work site was cleaned and straightened after each construction day. Whenever there was a change or a problem we were made aware immediately and it was handled effectively. The builder worked with us on possible cost over-runs and was fair in all of his dealings. Contrary to popular opinion we were able to stay within our budget almost to the dollar! Excellent work product - an enjoyable, solidly built retirement home!
