He is real sweat until something doesnt go his way. I felt so uncomfortable. He just jerry rigged my door moving the latch over and it still would close. He then stood there and said I owe him $125. I felt so uncomfortable and threatened that I just wrote him a check. He then messaged me on messanger saying he was glad that he was able to fix my door and I just said thanks for fixing my door I am glad you could do it because I felt so threatened by him. I called him to let him know that the door was not fixed and maybe we could work it out for some of my money back and he screamed at me. I wasnt allowed to get a word in. He just kept screaming at me. I was trying to be gracious. I said you couldnt fix my door but you made a trip to my house so maybe we could work it out and he just kept screaming at me saying Dont you call this number again! I know customers like you!

Work was completed on a timely basis. Mr Deaton was very easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would and did everything he was supposed to do. His cabinet subcontractor did an excellent job and was also easy to work with. Mr Deaton personallly did all the other work. We are very pleased with the job from all standpoints and we will definitly use him again.

This is the second time that we have used this plumber. He comes when he says and does a thorough, professional job. He is also very friendly.

We were told up front that it might be a several weeks before the project could be started, which was fine with us. There were a few additional delays, in particular with the cabinet maker, which we felt indicated we were not a high priority, but this didn't bother us too much. In any case, Deaton was great about keeping in contact regarding the status of things, and the work he did himself was quite prompt and very professional. He even came out and re-leveled the dishwasher at no additional cost after another contractor had moved it when installing a new floor.

Yesterday I went to turn my water on and I had a very small flow. Also yesterday in the heat of the day my AC/heat pump did not come on. I've used Angie's list before and went to it to find someone who was relatively close and folks who spoke highly of the company. I picked Deaton's Home Improvement for both reasons. I called him about 5:00 and left a message. Within 20 minutes he returned my call. I explained my problems and he offered to come out that evening if I wanted. I told him it wasn't critical and tomorrow morning would be find. He called before he left to let me know about what time to expect him. He was here by 9:00. As Murphy's Law would have it the well pump started working on its own. I had him check all wiring and circuits for the well pump to be sure everything was as it should be. Everything was fine and he advised me what to look for if it happened again. For the heat pump/AC he checked the electrical current in the panel box and also at the outside unit. Through process of elimination it seems I have an AC problem and that is not his expertise. He was very professional and talked to me in terms that I could understand. Because he only needed to do some checking of circuits he was more than fair with his price. He has the proper credentials to do the work he offers and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Deaton clearly knew what he was doing and was very polite, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely call him the next time we need any electrical work done.

Mr. Deaton was very reliable when it came to calling me back at the times that he promised. Although he was busy with another job, he never forgot about me and checked in periodically. As soon as he finished up the other job he was working on, he scheduled me in right away. He came to the house on time and replaced my old kitchen faucet with one that he recommened. I am in LOVE with it!! He also installed and did the electrical to my new garbage disposal. He was very thorough with his work and once the job was done, everything was left spotless. I will definitely call Mr. Deaton for future jobs around the house.

I live in a house that was build in the 30's and believe the toilet was orginal to the house. While cleaning one day I notice that the bowel had a crack on the outside and the inside and that water was leaking from the tank that hangs on the wall. Mr Deaton was recommed by one of the dispatchers I work with. So we call,Mr Deaton came over after he had is dentist appt.(he was in the office when I called) He listen to what I wanted and he made a few suggestions. He took the measurements and said he would call us the next day. Which he did, he gave us the price of 1500.00 to replace the toilet with a Chair hgt toilet,replace the bathroom sink with a new sink and base cabinit,and put down ceramic tile floor. That included taking everything out and gettting rid of it. I biggest concern was being with out a toilet for so long. Mr Deaton was able to get the floor down and the toilet in,in less that 12 hrs. We had to be very careful,but we were at least able to use the bathroom. He came in the next day finish up the job. Mr Deaton and his men kept the job site cleaned up,both in the house and outside.While working in the bathroom,he notice that the light switch was not working right. He explain that it was a problem and should be fixed. He also fixed the kitchen sink faucet. My husband and I both are very pleased with Mr Deatons work. And will use him again.
