Technicians inspected mirror and provided estimate. A date was scheduled for removal of the mirror. Technicians returned on scheduled date and removed mirror with minimal mess. They protected the vanity and cleaned up before they left. They disposed of the old mirror pieces. They worked quickly and efficiently. Of course, the drywall requires patching and painting in the spots where the mirror was glued.

Work was done quickly and professionally. The majority of the delay in doing the work was the result of a personal tragedy of mthe owners.

We needed six custom cut glass shelves and glass for a china hutch. Cooke's did a perfect job of cutting the glass to our measurements. They are very friendly and prices are very reasonable.

After calling to request an estimate, Cooke's sent out two techs to measure the windows, and a couple of days later someone from their office in Forest called back with an estimate. I called back a couple of weeks later and said I wanted to do it, so they took CC payment on the phone (about 40%) to order the double pane glass to fit my windows. About 4 weeks later I got the call back. We scheduled installation about 2 weeks out. Three technicians showed up about 5 minutes early, ready to work. They were in and out in about 3 and a half hours. The windows look like new again, except that I really should paint. And now the other windows are dirty by comparison. It was 8 regular glass panels (that would be 4 double-hung windows, in effect); two skinny glass panels beside a large picture window, and a 3ft square picture window. Total: about $1800 installed. These guys were very professional. While they weren't in uniforms or anything like that, they did knew what they were doing, did a good job, and I never once felt bad having them in my house. I recommend these folks.
