Bryants Chimney Sweep

Our house was filling with smoke when we lit a fire so we called for service thinking we had creosote buildup clogging the flue. It turned out the damper was stuck in the closed position causing the smoke. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and even returned on a weekend day to complete the job. The only issue is that with our first fire, the house again filled with smoke and I placed a call back to inquire what his thoughts were on the matter and he never returned my call. Ultimately, we decided it was downdrafts causing the smoke and we have been able to enjoy our fireplace since without incidents. Cost $100

We highly recommend them for your chimney maintenance needs. We are happy to know that our older chimney is in very good condition and plan to have them add a cap soon to prevent birds from nesting in the chimney.

I did not call or hire them. I used Bryant once two years ago. This past Sunday I was getting ready for church when two large intimidating black men pulled up to my house at 9:30 in the morning. They said they were here to clean my chimney but I didn't hire them. I asked who they were here for and they hemmed and hawed until they finally said who they were hired from. They were at the wrong house. I had such an uneasy feeling about these black men. I called Bryant and demanded that they call be back but they never returned my calls.

I’ve used them before, they are very professional and accommodating in scheduling. They do a great job. Their price is very reasonable. I would recommend them and use them again.
