On time, very courteous. Explained process and did a good job of preventing fungicide from getting onto any plants, lawn, etc.

They were here at approx. time, efficient in set up, work done well and house looks great.

David responded to our call almost immediately. He came out and gave us a free estimate. Our house was built in 2003 and had never been washed. We had lots of algae and mold on our vinyl siding and fence. We also had mold on our gutters. He explained everything to us and gave us a quote for the entire job (two story house, porch, gutters, deck, fencing, deck, and detached garage). After a day or two, we contacted him to set it up, and that afternoon the guys showed up to start the job! They spent three days here because we had lots of work to be done. My husband is super picky, but we were very pleased with the work. Everything looks brand new...every single thing. The only thing that remains at all are tiny little mulch spores which no amount of power washing can remove. This is a good thing to know when you are laying mulch, because there are steps you can take to try to prevent those. Anyway, they are tiny and not an issue. We will definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. They are more expensive than others, but the quality of work they did was worth it to us. We are more than satisfied.

Two gentlemen came out with truck, did not have hot water but spent a windy day cleaning the siding of my tall two story home. They did an excellent job. Completed all work on same day.

The employees were on time and professional. Job was completed on time and very well done. Excellent job and we were very happy. Would definitely use this company again.

The provider gave me a price before hand, but when they cane to do the job it took only 15 min. Sorry, but I feel the price was exorbitant for what was done.

The young man that came was so respectful and they did everything. They covered the tree. They even did couple of things they didn’t have to do like the sidewalks. They were there 8-9 hours and they corrected the problems that another provider did. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

From the time I contacted David Hamel for an estimate and right through the cleaning date, everything was PERFECT! Andrew, Ryan & Chad were great also!

I put out requests for power washing a house in Lynchburg and received a very professional reply. They came, emailed me with a quote.contract, did the work very professionally without me having to be there. Gave me a time frame, two days notice and allowed me to pay on account.

I could not have asked for better service. This is the second time that I have used All Washed Up and I will definitely use them in the future when I need to have this done again. This type of wash lasts much longer than what was traditionally used in the past, and is much better for your home. I have no reservation about recommending All Washed Up. They are the best in their field, as far as I am concerned. The owner scheduled the wash at a time that was convenient, and was prompt. Other than the fresh smell, and the very clean siding, you could not tell they had been there. No mess left... just a nice, clean, mold-free house!

Arrived on time to measure and bid job, called and emailed bid. Returned on date promised to complete job and was paid according to contract. We have used this company twice now and have been happy both times. Courteous and professional service.

I also asked them (2 workers) to put the same solution on the lower part of the brick on my home. It worked there also. (2 workers were very pleasant.) They also pressure washed my brick front walk. The owner and his men were wonderful! I plan to call them again.

Washed exterior house trim (wood trim and deck areas on mostly brick 3-level house) and pressure washed brick porch and sidewalks. Were on time, friendly. Took awhile trying to get water heater working before started; said it wasn't necessary for the cleaning chems to work but more for their comfort, as it was a cool day. In general, they did a good job. Did find after they left that the molded trim on a downstairs sliding door had not been cleaned. I had not spotted it on quick walkaround before they left, and I'll need to redo myself but not a big deal since at ground level. Was a bit pricey, and waited a few weeks for them to do the work, but all that was known in advance so was agreed upon up front. Crew lead put back deck furniture etc by himself when I asked about it, as the rest of the crew had departed prior to doing so, and I was on a work call otherwise would have helped myself.

House, roof patio etc. had not been cleaned in over forty years. As David said "man that is one dirty house!" They worked for three days constantly and they got that place looking like he newest brightest house on the block. I cannot emphasize enough - deal with this company and you will not be disappointed! Don't just hire a guy with a pressure washer who throws you a lowball, these guys know how to do the job completely, safely and brilliantly.

House had not been professionally cleaned since built in 92. Service personnel were a half hour later than scheduled due to obtaining required cleaning chemicals - owner called an hour before their scheduled time to inform me of this. Work done was excellent. Service folks were courteous, professional and in uniform. The utility company by chance was cutting the growth from their power lines the same time as our appointment was and we were without power for about 3 hours. Workers worked around this issue. They were extremely careful in washing off spray from nearby plants and left the property in better shape than when they arrived (ie, rolled up our hoses, etc). Plan to use the company when our deck needs cleaning and would recommend to others. House and roof look new! I imagine I could have done a little better on cost with someone else but sincerely doubt the results would have been as good.

Three young men arrived promptly and got to work. They were polite and neatly dressed. There was no smoking on my property. They worked diligently until a thunderstorm threatened and the wind began to blow. They had to quit before finishing, but returned the next day to complete the job. I was not asked for money up front. There was an issue with my outdoor faucet which they used, but the owner returned with a licensed plumber and had it repaired. He expressed great concern for the reputation of his company. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Watered down roof. Then crawled upon the roof and sprayed cleaning chemicals on the roof. Then went back up after about 30 min and washed off the roof.
