He started off great but as the summer has progressed he is slowing down. He missed a week of mowing (said he would come back the next day to take care of it but didn't come back) and he has missed a promised application of weed control fertilizer. He told us the missed mowing was because the lawn did not need mowing, but we disagree (when we hired him he told us that come mid-July that there would probably be one or two weeks where mowing would be skipped since those are dry months, but he has already tried to skip twice in June and this has been a wet year). He tried to skip an earlier mowing but we insisted the lawn needed it and he came. When questioned about anything he is doing his responses are pretty terse and don't always make sense. We should be able to ask questions of a service provider but I get the impression that he does not appreciate it. We are not ready to let him go yet, but will probably find someone else next year. What we thought we were paying for was lawn care, but what we are getting is just mowing (and even that is beginning to get sporadic). We can pay a teenager to do the mowing for a lot less. We'll see how the rest of the season goes and update this review when the season is over.

He charged lower than he had quoted. Had the right tool to trim 15 footer to reach all the bush. Friendly service

We had no landscaping when we bought the house and it was brand new. We own a monthly contract. Our lawn looks fantastic. The neighbors are even saying things about it. The people who work on our lawn care, they really do. They take great pride in what they do. One time, they forgot to trim around something. All I did was call him and he came out immediately and corrected that. He expects perfection out of his workers. They are very good. They are excellent workers who come out. The prices were very fair. They are incredible.
