After the provider left my property I observed the condition of my front lawn and it was atrocious. Through no fault of their own, they had to delay cutting my front lawn by one day due to a rainfall the previous day, August 13, 2013. My agreement with Rakestraw is for a once a week cut every Tuesday, weather permitting. Granted, the grass was rather tall, however landscape professionals should know how to adjust the height of a mower to deal with lenghty grass. Grass clippings were all over the so-call grass they supposedly cut. Clogs of grass were left in some areas of the lawn. They missed huge sections of the grass during the mowing process. Overall, my front lawn had all the attributes of a hay field after they left. To say I am extremely dissatisfied with their service is akin to kindness. Each time they come to cut my lawn, it's as though they are being timed and that is likewise unacceptable. I do not expect a gold plated mowing process, but I do want and expect the lawn to appear as though it was attended to by professionals, not by fifth graders.

Rakestraw Lawncare has a fair pricing. They do an excellent job. They are punctual and do all the things that have to be done on the lawn. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job. The three people who worked for me were very professional, clean, upright and intelligent people. The owner was very nice and I felt like he always wants to do a good job.

Their price is fixed. My yard is not big so I only pay $70. They do wonderful job.
