They told the home maintenance plan folks that the system had frozen and the pump burned up resulting in no coverage. I disassembled pump to find a bearing had failed. The pump was still operating. Should have been covered but too late now. They installed the new pump horizontally. It lasted a year. I replaced it myself. The instructions for the replacement pump specifically warned NOT to install the pump horizontally.

First of all, I didn't find this plumber from Angie's list, but from the yellow pages. Laurel Branch just happensto be a member of Angies list. I was satisfied with the service, attention given, and work required by Robbie.he was a pleasure to deal with, told me the bad news of how much he charged up front, and was thorough with the project.The price was more than I planned, but not unfair. Robbie did additional repairs and I was in agreement of his price. If you are looking to get a major job done on the cheap, don't call Robbie. If you want it done right, have everything explained to you on what is needed and done, he is your man.

The plumber arrived on time, had all the material required and he completed the work within the time and at the price quoted.

Robby came to do the job as soon as he finished the one he was on. He is always very professional and knowledgable. He asked questions regarding when we noticed the problem, how intensive the problem is, etc...He got right on the job and did top rate work. We have used him in the past and will use him again in the future.
